Hotele w: Dalian Railway Station/Qingniwa Bridge, Dalian

When visiting Dalian, I highly recommend staying near Zhongshan Square. Based on the high ratings on Ctrip, we booked this Hanting hotel for five nights. It's a newly opened hotel this year, and I was initially worried about formaldehyde smell in the rooms. However, upon check-in, aside from a faint residual scent in the hallway, our room had no strange odors at all. The room was neat, clean, and decorated with a cozy touch. The mattress and pillows were just the right firmness, making for a very comfortable sleep – just like being at home, and my sleep quality was noticeably excellent. What truly warmed my heart was their service; it's absolutely customer-centric, making us feel completely at home. I must commend two hotel staff members specifically. Despite being strangers, their thoughtful and attentive service left me incredibly grateful. First, the polite young man who helped us with check-in and check-out – thank you for your patient, thorough, and enthusiastic reception. Second, the cleaning lady in the restaurant. She served us from Monday to Wednesday, but was off on Thursday. Because my child tends to wake up late, I would pack breakfast to take back to our room. This cleaning lady anticipated our needs, and despite the trouble, prepared everything I needed. These might seem like small things, but in the service industry, details are paramount. These small details clearly reflect the overall quality of service at this hotel. I truly have to praise them, and the hotel as a whole!

결론부터 말하면, 다음에 대련에 가도 다시 묵고 싶을 만큼 만족스러웠어요. 이 가격에 이 정도면 정말 혜자급입니다. 1층 로비에 커피머신과 차가 상시 비치돼 있어서 자유롭게 이용할 수 있는데, 커피 맛도 괜찮아서 이번 대련 여행 동안은 따로 커피를 사 마실 일이 없었어요. 객실에 비치된 용품들도 수건 포함해서 전반적으로 깔끔하고 기분 좋게 관리되어 있고, 냉·난방도 개별 조절이 가능해서 편했습니다. 무엇보다 신축 호텔이라 전체적으로 깨끗한 점이 가장 마음에 들었어요. 체크인·체크아웃도 정말 간단하고 빠르게 진행해 주셔서 대기 시간 없이 바로 들어가고 나올 수 있었던 점도 만족스러웠습니다. 또 하나 만족스러웠던 점은 호텔 전체가 금연이라는 것. 다른 중국 호텔들과 비교하면 이 부분만으로도 충분히 장점이에요. 다만 처음 입실했을 때는 굉장히 쾌적했는데, 중국 특성상 아직 흡연에 관대한 분위기라 그런지 다른 객실 투숙객이 몰래 흡연을 한 듯한 느낌이 잠깐 들긴 했습니다. 그래도 전체적인 만족도를 크게 해칠 정도는 아니었어요. 위치는 어인부두와 중산로 중간쯤에 있는 느낌이라 관광 이동 동선도 좋고, 이동하기에도 편했습니다.

超出預期，正值暑期，酒店預訂房間很緊張，看了很多家酒店，點評褒貶不一，最後還是選擇了怡嘉。 位置：酒店位置很好，高鐵站附近，市區中山廣場附近，門口就三家網早點，美食眾多，且步行都可到達，好吃好逛，打車也非常方便，基本不用等候，隨叫隨到，且去金石灘也很方便，地鐵直達。 環境：整潔乾淨，大堂布置的很温馨，淡淡的香味 服務：姐姐特別貼心，熱情周到，看到身份證入住當天正好是生日，還特意打印了祝福問候和免費果盤，還主動提示可以寄存行李，周邊好吃好玩的地方都可以諮詢。看到客人都會主動問候 房間設施：佈局很貼心，不同於以往大套間的設計，更像是一居室，功能分區很合理，進門很寬敞的更衣區，然後就是洗漱台，相鄰是會客區有2組沙發和小餐桌，拐彎是休息區，電視，床，左手邊是乾濕分離的衞生間和淋浴，電動紗窗，床頭兩側都是感應燈，特別貼心，床品也很潔凈，打掃房間及時補瓶裝水 總結：下次錯開暑期去大連還是會選擇怡嘉👍

When we first arrived, my wife noticed an odor in the lobby which she thought smelled like an old gas heater. The check-in person was friendly. Our room didn't have a TV remote so we had to go back down and ask the front desk for one. Thick curtains blocked out all the light which was nice. Unfortunately they couldn't fully muffle the sound of the a/c units that were outside. Breakfast was fine, but the vegetables weren't the freshest. It was quite cheap, and it was nice that it was so close to the train station and not too far from the airport. I'd stay again if I needed a room for a single night before an early flight.

Public transport is within walking distance, making it super convenient for both getting around and shopping. It is a good hostel but there is a lot of smokers so the smell is pretty inconvenient in the common areas. It was a walkable distance from the Russian Street and also close from the ocean. The rooms are good with good beds and AC. There is not much space to put your stuff away but goof enough for short stays.

先説優點：房間大，有個大桌子很合適人多點外賣吃，但是衹有三個凳子。有個小冰箱，可以冰飲料 差評原因 1，酒店所在的小區和物業在吵架，電梯1樓的按鈕有個是直接被扣掉了，電梯裏有直接裸透在外面的電線感覺不安全 2，酒店沒有前台，全靠微信電話聯繫 3，酒店不提供瓶裝礦泉水和一次性紙杯，老闆説因為沒有前台，也不提供行李寄存 4，樓下的床有味道，靠近插座的地方。樓上枕頭是頭油的味道，很窒息 5，我們連住3天，都提前給老闆説需要打掃和補一次性用品，第一天阿姨衹拿走了垃圾，補了紙和牙刷。東西總是不齊，要東西一定要説全，洗漱用品太籠統了 6，這兩天大連大風，陽台空調外機的櫃子不是很密封，外面一颳大風，裏面就哐哐大響，半夜正睡呢一下子被哐醒 總之，衞生不好，設施也一般般，慎選！！！
