Holiday Inn Express & Suites North Dallas at Preston, an IHG Hotel

Na początek, droga w jedną stronę, aby się tam dostać, jest bólem w połowie, nie wspominając o próbie wyjechania i prawie nie widać, czy nadjeżdżają samochody, ponieważ widok jest zasłonięty przez drzewa. Moja żona i ja zameldowaliśmy się i pierwszą rzeczą, którą chcieliśmy zrobić, było pójście do jacuzzi. Najpierw wchodzimy do naszego pokoju i wchodzimy do łazienki, a nad głowicą prysznica był używany ręcznik do rąk, a cała „zaktualizowana” kabina prysznicowa była pełna pleśni we wszystkich szczelinach, a na podłodze była mała kałuża wody. Poszliśmy na basen i okazało się, że jacuzzi jest wypełnione cementem i nie ma już jacuzzi. Wskakuję do wody i jej lodowatego zimna i byłam tam przez 5 minut i nie mogłam przestać się trząść. Moja żona rozgląda się i wskazuje całą czarną pleśń na suficie i ścianach. Jedynym świeżym powietrzem są małe drzwi, które mają otwarte, a 15 okien jest tylko dla wyglądu i nie otwiera się, więc pachniało tam tak chemicznie, że nasza sesja na basenie trwała tylko 5 minut. Na łopatkach wentylatora sufitowego było tyle kurzu, że żarówka nie działała na to. Jeden z ręczników miał ciemną plamę, która wyglądała jak kupa czy coś, a na poszewkach na poduszki i kocach były plamy. JEŚLI MAJĄ PLAMY, WYRZUCAJ JE JEŚLI NIE MOŻESZ ICH USUNĄĆ! Mam zdjęcia i próbowałem je przesłać, ale nic się nie dzieje, gdy kliknę przycisk Prześlij. Próbowałem zmienić format z PNG na JPEG i wydaje się, że nie działa.

WOW!!! Such a nice clean, calm, quiet, and peaceful clean environment! Especially at night. I felt like I was on a island of its own. Even walking to my car at night felt peaceful and serene… I’m definitely staying another night!

I liked the location of this hotel, right off a main highway so it was very convenient. Also the staff was nice and the continental breakfast was decent. I couldn’t connect to the internet and had to call their 800 number, but they fixed the issue. My only complaints were that: the walls were thin, including the ceiling wall, you could hear every footstep; the bathroom lights were super bright but the rest of the room lights were super dim so morning grooming was tricky; and the shower floor was pretty slanted and the drain was very… unusual. But it was very affordable so all in all I’d recommend this place

The people at the front desk were so kind. Everything at the facility was so clean. My kids loved the swimming pool so much. The parking is very close to the elevator and room. The food was very good and they have nice tables to sit .

The location was excellent for our purposes, about three minutes from the doctor my husband was seeing. Our room was missing a couple of light bulbs, one in the bath and one between the beds, but the front desk clerk said they were going to be updating all the rooms with new fixtures, furniture, etc, so for right now they were just making sure there was at least one light on in each spot. The bed was very comfortable, the tv was large. The breakfast, in a large area, had yogurts, cereals, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausages, bananas and apples, muffins, pancakes, and cinnamon rolls, along with juice, milk, and coffee. The lady in charge of breakfast kept all the selections replenished. There is an indoor pool, but we did not go to it so I cannot comment on it. We will definitely stay there again if we need to be in that location.

Me and my girlfriend have stayed at this hotel 4 times due to convenience but the last time was the last time we will stay there. The room was Filthy. Found fruit loops and toe nail clippings between the mattress and bed frame
