Was in a sketchy location. Got to our room and there was blood on the comforter. Immediately called front desk and they said we do not have extra comforters so we will have to switch rooms. So we moved and new room was a little better but still not what I was expecting. It had a bad odor and bathroom shower had hair stuck to wall. Needed bedding for pull out sofa and we had to go to front desk to get. Front desk lady seemed annoyed to be there. Only gave me sheets at first and rolled her eyes when I asked for a blanket or comforter also for the pull out sofa. Not terrible but I would not stay again.

The bathroom was COLD impossible to heat. I am handicapped and would like a warm bathroom getting out of the shower

I have been to very old hotels in other places and they atleast cleaned the carpets and couches so there weren't visible dirt stains and dust. The a/c and heating unit had so much dust in the vents aling with cereal bits. The door to the room had a half an inch gap on the bottom which let all the sounds of the hallway through.

Not the cleanest hotel. Several issues. No hot water in the second day. Nasty chair in room. Black mold in corner of shower.

Totally disappointed! Hotel smelled like cigarettes, coke machine out of order, bathroom lighting so dark I had to bring lamp from table in to see to put makeup on!! Pillows were so thick & room was so noisy had people banging on doors all night!

My stay although short was comfortable and friendly. Place to eat close by close to UTSW (10 $ Lyft ride, 16$ to love field) nice for the price

This hotel is wonderful we r from Arkansas and this is our second time staying with them 😄 we checked out and my son three hours later told me he left 140 dollars of his money under his pillow back at the hotel after we checked out 😊we called and they found the money under the pillow and had it at the front desk for him he is only 13 a big thanks to all the staff and housekeepers there

I had a decent stay the staff was very nice. Some of the room was kinda dirty but overall was a good stay for a short weekend stay. Thank yall.
