I didn't stay there because after I made and paid for the reservation I googled Magnolia for reviews and found within the past couple of weeks people left horrible reviews saying the rooms were filthy, holes in the towels, dirty blinds, paint peeling, homeless people in the lobby, furniture chipped, and hair came out of bathroom drain. I just didn't want to take the chance of taking my daughter there. I made a reservation through another website for another hotel and lost my money for Magnolia. I would have used Trip.com but the other site had a better price. I know they claim price matching but since the reviews don't seem legit, I wasn't about to take the chance on the price matching.

Everything was terrific! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Great location right in the ATT discovery district.

The staff was top notch. The rooms were nice. The location downtown and lack of parking was the most frustrating part. The valet made that a bit more convenient but we waited 30 minutes for the valet to bring our car around.

無線網不可用。老牌酒店有歷史，但是整體入住對年輕人不友好。酒店的地理位置還是很方便的，可以很快到達7/11和麥當勞。

Great hotel right in the middle of downtown. Uber and DoorDash were very reasonable and the staff was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for a wonderful staycation.

We did not care for the property, because you had to request to have your room cleaned, there was not a safe, and the amenities were non existent.
Also, the photos were deceiving. The room was a drab brown, and our room faced on to an alley.
I believe this should be called a motel, not a hotel.

The property was a nice spot in downtown. Sadly, it had a lot of homeless around the area making it unsafe to get out in the evening for dinner.

Bed wasn't comfortable even we updated to a queen suite. Two different tissues were in the same box. No one serviced room.Charged $100 when I arrived for cleaning if needed. Haven't received my credit yet.
