Sonder at Butler Brothers

When I arrived to my room on Thursday night the room was not ready. Beds weren’t made trash as on the counters and cabinets were open. When I called customer service for assistance, they told me the look for the sheets for the bed in the closet as if I was the one to make the bed. They moved my room for the night and told me my original room will be ready by 8AM. I checked out the new room by 9:30 the next morning and moved my stuff back to the original room, just for it to still be dirty. I called customer service again to tell them what was going on. This was the day of my graduation. When I got back from my dinner to change for my outing, my stuff was MISSING from my room. No where to be found. So I had to call customer service AGAIN! This luggage had my graduation party outfit in it that I obviously couldn’t wear because the luggage was gone. The next day, I was told that housekeeping put it in storage and I wasn’t able to get it get my belongings until about 10:30AM Saturday morning. Not to mention at that TV wasn’t working during my stay. With this experience and lack of urgency, I honestly don’t plan on ever staying here again!

This place is terrible At my recent stay at this location, both of my devices were stolen from the unit while I was away (I made sure to lock the unit before I left). I have made them aware and they have done the bare minimum to help me with this issue. It has been weeks and I have barely got an update, and worst of all, I have gotten conflicting information about what they are able to do in their “investigation.” If you value your safety and belongings, I would reconsider staying here!

Pity I cannot give them a ZERO. If you’re moving in to Dallas with a lot of luggage and will arrive way before check-in times they will leave you stranded for those many hours. They don’t have luggage storage inside the property. They ask you to try Bounce, which is tremendously inconvenient. They don’t do anything to help. It’s all do-it-yourself. I’m overwhelmed with regret.

Sonder has become my favorite way to stay during my business trips. The room was incredible huge and very well decorated and maintained. Also the rates are way much lower than regular hotels. Using them again next month.

Best hotel I have stayed in. They provide everything you need for a stay. Felt at home. Only thing is our coffee maker was missing the coffee pot. I ca asked for one but never got it. Other than that the stay was perfect.

Apartment was very nice and in a good area very close to all the fun downtown had to offer , plus the valet was amazing and is a huge perk. We will definitely visit again and use sonders because never fail to impress
