1. The Staff are very welcoming(especially Peter-waiter) 2.The rooms are very neat. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows are very fluffy. 3.The food was veeery good and orders do not keep long. 4. Over all i really enjoyed my stay and i will recommend the place to friends and other people coming to the Tema stretch.

I came across this a bit late lol... Somewhere October I came to make enquires about the room rates and sky lounge I met this bubbly receptionist and you could see she wasn't so fine but she still insisted on assisting and convincing us😍 I asked her and she said she was just an intern student but the enthusiasm at which she received us was so warm I'm hoping to see her when I come back in April you should also look out for her♥️

On arrival the reception did not have any information about our online booking and therefore no reservations had been made. But we were quickly sorted out by the receptionist. Kindly work on the coordination between online bookings at ********** and the reception. In general we had a good service. Thank you.

We had a great experience during our three-night stay at the hotel. The customer service was on point.we enjoyed the calm and welcoming atmosphere. I will glady recommend this to anyone at anytime 😊 👌 👍.
