The hotel is fine. But as I found everywhere I went in Florida, that most of the staff was in training, and incompetent. I called for the free shuttle waited an hour called again waited an hour and finally paid to get to the hotel. I questioned the shuttle driver and he said the front desk never informed him of a pickup. That was the first of quite a few bad experiences I had at this hotel. Hopefully they will get staff trained and service will improve. But I won’t be staying here again.

前台服務非常差……酒店退房時間為12點，本人因為特殊情況，需要延遲30分鐘退房，去前台溝通，開始説不可以，後請示經理，同意可以延後30分鐘再退房。但是，在本人離開酒店時，酒店在沒有向本人説明情況的前提下從按金裏收取了五十美元作為延遲退房的費用。本人對此極為不滿，跟酒店前台經理溝通，前台經理態度惡劣，毫無對住店客人的服務意識。建議慎選此酒店，以免影響旅途興致。
以上發生的狀況，本人及時與攜程客服進行了溝通，攜程的服務一如既往的五星。

This is a busy hotel for the cruise ports. They handle check in and out as well as possible. We were pleased as an early arrival to get an earlier check in. As rooms were cleaned they made available. The outdoor seating and pool area was wonderful for children. Front staff helpful.

The room was very outdated with limited amenities. The lobby has been renovated recently and was very nice, but made for a bigger shock when we entered our room.

We had a horrible nights sleep. The road noise was insane. The curtains didn’t fully cover the windows and light was visible the entire night.

The room was just okay. It felt kind of sticky and one of the bed frames broke on us. The staff was excellent though and everything was very conveniently located.

We arrived earlier than the regular check in time and it was so busy and a cluster. I asked questions because I didn’t understand the process and the manager was snippy and called me love to soften her snippiness. I wanted to check my luggage while we waited for our room but was never given the opportunity to ask anything else.

This is a really nice property, rooms are very clean and spacious. We were disappointed in the hot tub however, it was lukewarm. Maintenance was out checking on it a couple times but it never got warm. There were a few unhappy guests
