Lots of construction and noise all day was not peaceful at all. Noise till 8pm banging hammering all day did not get ant
Y rest at all checked out one day early staff not friendly at all keys to room always not working never apologize to me

-Hotel was fine, perfect for flights or people going on cruises. Not much food options nearby, and not enough seating in breakfast area. Hotel was clean,
Shuttle to hotel/ back was a bit of a mess. The hotel is about a 5 minute drive and the shuttle takes about 30-45 minutes to arrive. Plan ahead if you need to go to the airport...we ended up having to uber it to the airport in the morning due to it not being able to pick us up from the hotel for 45 minutes

Hotel is very clean, even while undergoing renovations. staff is very friendly and helpful.
shuttle from FLL was easy and included in stay
Expect to wait 30-45 mins when you arrive to check into room, only 2 staff members working front desk. hotel is very busy with guests staying the night before a cruise, expect lobby and breakfast to be crowded.
The shuttle to any port for a cruise has a charge and the shuttle does not go to Port of Miami.

Very clean, used for a Cruise hotel. Included transfers from airport and to port. Nice breakfast, everything you need. Will use again!

Even though we had a reservation, we were told the hotel was booked and sent to another hotel, where the original quoted price was not honored either. To add insult to injury, we were also charged for the original reservation. So we paid double for nothing.

Loved the hotel…. Staff and room were great. Good breakfast included too. Only complaint was our bedroom floor was flithy. Definitely needed a good mopping and we found a sock and someone else’s pair of shorts in the room. But beds and bathrooms were clean and we were very happy with our stay otherwise. We would stay there again.

Check in lady was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Biggest complaint was the lack of walking access to anything.

This is without doubt the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was filthy dirty and the telephone did not work. Manager didn't care about either situation. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again if it was free. There are so many other hotels in the area. Stay away from this property.

Shanice and Ty were fantastic at the front desk. Super helpful and pleasant. As was the manager. Did their jobs very well. The shuttle driver left us waiting for 2 hours at the airport despite repeated calls (6 to be exact) and we finally booked a Lyft. Management reimbursed me for the cost but we were hot and a little frustrated upon arrival. The rest of our stay was wonderful!
