This is an inn with Tibetan characteristics that I personally think is the most touristy. The owner is Tibetan and the people are very nice. The small courtyard of the inn has a very good environment. It is full of flowers and apple trees. You can bubble tea in the yard and live very slowly. There is a special yak hot pot inside, there is a coffee shop, the environment is very good

So, how was the experience of staying at Daocheng Yunqi Shanshe Inn? The location is very remote, about the same as the ”Fifth Ring Road” of Daocheng. The Fifth Ring Road of Daocheng, a small county town (but it is very suitable for me to live and wait here). It takes about 40 minutes to walk to the White Tower. The surrounding business is stagnant, and there is little smoke in the city. The road leading to the center of the county is full of people and vehicles during the day, and it is pitch black at night... The yard of the inn is nice and large, with flowers and plants, a glass house, and a barbecue area... The window in the room is facing Walking up the stairs. The cold air rushes in, and the sound of footsteps hits my ears. There is also a room without windows - thanks to the boss for taking care of it. The bunk beds are the worst I have encountered in the last ten years. A slight movement and a creaking sound. There is no bed board, but a thin and soft cushion, which clearly conveys the hardness and stubbornness of the bed frame. Lying on it, your body feels the texture of the metal. The shower has great pressure. The sunroom is great. The boss has a high emotional intelligence and is always smiling. The carpets are well chosen, they are stain-resistant and look good. The sanitation of the previous homestay was very poor and there was no electric blanket, so this time I specially selected it. This price is worth such a good room. Can't recommend this place highly enough! It looks beautiful. All rooms have stunning view of the mountains. All comfortable and heated. A lady came in today to inspect my room had been cleaned to a sufficient standard. Everyone is smiley and friendly. The boss and the lad downstairs spent over an hour with me helpinv me to plan my trek (I'm aiming to start thd outer kora tomorrow). They're very knowledgeable and free to share their experiences without putting any embarrassment on me. The bus stop is directly outside to get into the park, and there is a nice place for breakfast directly opposite (mountain seas kitchen). I speak Chinese well, but I think non-Chinese speakers can get by here as some of the staff (Olivia) speak excellent English. I've already booked in again for after my trek. Great place!
