Personne à l'accueil souriante à su m'orienter et me guider.
Parconsequence le point négatif l'odeur de cigarette en entrant dans la chambre pas très agréable.

Room could do with an update, is worn (paint etc.) Although they advertize that they are open for dinner every night, on my visit the restaurant was closed, disappointing as usual I enjoy having dinner at the Campanile hotels

Motel room which wasn't so big but had a bath and bed was good with extra pillows. The room was clean but the whole place felt a bit dated with old looking carpet in room. Breakfast was great and well presented. Overall compared to other pit-stop hotels, not as good value for money. Staff friendly.

Stayed here overnight 8/9/21.place was a mess .our room was dark/smelled of dogs.the bathroom seemed ok until you looked at the shower it was nasty.contradiction to the new sink and taps! If it wasn’t for the fact that we had been driving since 5am and it was now 7pm and we were fit to drop we would have left there and then.on inspection the bedding was clean (didn’t dare look at the mattress) and the towels were clean so we decided to sleep there.don’t stay here.yes it’s a budget/basic hotel BUT it isn’t clean….especially as covid is still with us I had to wipe down every surface before we touched it.actually it wasn’t really budget it cost us £100 comparable to the price we would pay at an English premier inn…..no comparison !Avoid like the plague.

C'est honteux ! Nous avons pris 2 chambres, mes parents de 80 ans n'avaient pas de chauffage, juste un petit chauffage d'appoint. Notre chambre aucun chauffage nous avons eu froid toute la nuit (obligés de mettre un pull et chaussettes pour dormir.... ) Nous sommes allés à la réception demander des couvertures : aucune couverture !! Chambres très vétustes, pas propres, la porte d'entrée pas étanche donc le froid rentrait (température extérieure très froide en plus !) Les photos des chambres sur le site ne sont pas du tout la réalité.... Je déconseille vivement cet hôtel et ne leur ferais pas de publicité.

L'hôtel n'est peut-être pas de toute jeunesse mais l'accueil y est chaleureux et courtois. Les chambres sont propres et le buffet du petit-déjeuner copieux. Son accès est assez simple quand on est pas de la région. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Chambre insalubre, remplie de moisissures, murs délabrés, salle de bain présentant des moisissures, WC sale, lavabo cassé, électricité dangereuses pendants dans la chambre, lit complètement hs...photos à l'appui. 3 étoiles indiqué alors que le niveau est en dessous du formule 1. Pas de restauration comme indiqué, pas de desserts, ni fruits, ni laitages. Uniquement des pizza congelé disponible et réchauffé en 10min et non vegan. Pas de boisson disponible une seule et Unique bière. L'employé ne s'en cache pas et le dit ouvertement. Et une seule et Unique employée dans tout l'hôtel... La même personne qui va allez réchauffer votre pizza immonde. C'est la première fois que je découvre une chambre d'hôtel dans un tel état. Publicité mensongère de Campagnil sur leur site.

La chaîne Campanile relevait d’un certain standing mais grosse déception. Les chambres sont vétustes mal isolées thermique et phonique. La moquette tachée, moisissure sur les joints de la salle de bain, clim brutante et peu efficace. Petit déjeuner pris à 8h15 il ne restait plus rien (plus de tasses nous avons eu des gobelets en carton, plus de viennoiseries ni de jus servis directement dans la brique en carton) restaurant fermé le soir en semaine. Grosse déception pour deux nuits à plus de 160€ et pour un hôtel référencé 3 étoiles, nous ne sommes pas sur le standing qui peut être attendu dans ce type d’hôtels.

Très bon petit déjeuner. Avec un respect parfait la chaîne du froid. On nous a servi un plateau fromage et charcuterie sorti directement du frigo et on nous a proposé de prendre les restes pour éviter de jeter. C'est trop rare pour être signalé. Je conseille l'établissement
