The experience of our stay in this property was most fulfilling right from the time of checking in till checking out. The pleasant and ever helpful staff members, food, ambience, upkeep of room. Not a single department has any kind of lacking towards guest delight. I strongly recommend this hotel for all kind of visitors who intend to visit Darjeeling

My stay is just awesome, room are too good and food are very delicious, staff behaviour very nice and friendly, check in check out very easy children playing are in roof are also very good, and their is seating area also for chilling, is very good to me to stay here

This is my first time visit at summit in darjeeling ,though the stay was very short, but we enjoyed every bit moment. The room was very cosy,clean and the view was mesmerizing. Staff behaviour was nice We wish we could stay for long. Looking forward to visit again.

It was a beautiful experience to stay in Summit Swiss. We got a room in modern section of the hotel overlooking Kanchenjangha from my room which made our stay so special. The hotel is well decorated. The staffs are polite, courteous and prompt. The heritage section of the hotel needs a special mention. Anybody who who wants to get a feel of old era can stay and enjoy. I will recommend the tourists to select this hotel while in Darjeeling. I wish all the best.

Very nice Exp. They accompdated us last minute. Mr. Kashyap is heading this hotel and Extremely Professional. Also Riya helped to make a decision and very Coordial. On Front desk all Staff including Nilanjana was Cooperative. Food is very nice and Tasty. Must Visit Property.

It was a first time visit to darjeeling and we were bit spectacle regarding the hotel ,but once we visited i was amazed by the property ,the staff and the food obviously the stay was worth every penny .One should really visit this place once . And it will be worth it . My special thanks to Miss Riya who was a wonderful host to us during our stay . ☺️

I stayed here for 3 days and my overall experience was the best. The room was clean and spacious. The room service is also good. The breakfast provided here was good in taste and has a variety of cuisines available.

We were really pleased with our stay at Summit Swiss Heritage Darjeeling as it is very nice hotel with all the facilities needed. This is a place to stay if you want a real feel for the charm of Darjeeling. I would highly recommend this property to everyone as the services were top noth with good food. Special mention to Ms. Awanisha who guided us is a proper way and in ku humble opinion I would give it 10/10.
