The Location was great. Near the Hyde park
The room smells like cigarettes.

Fabulous location right on Hyde park. A spacious room with a kitchenette was a positive however everything else was a bit tired and old.

Aircon remote control batteries run out, and the aircon is having some issues.
No table / chairs are provided at the balcony
Utensils are not cleaned, the drying rack is rusty
Asked for vacuum cleaner only have to picked up and returned myself
Ask for room housekeeping was declined due to the time has passed which is not true
Water is weak for the shower
Shower head is leaking
Location is easily accessible by public transport

This hotel is in a great location but has seen better days. In terms of functionality there is nothing wrong with it but it is a little tired and dated. However, the price reflects this and it is good value. I would recommend staying here and will do again in the future.

It was a cosy studio apartment but the views were so so as it faced the rooftop carpark rather than Hyde Park. The pool was also not available and under going renovations at the time of our stay. The bed was very comfy though. Nice and clean. The other amenities were pretty standard and customer service was OK.
