Clean affordable and comfy

The bathroom has a musty pissy vinegar whiff, which could easily be averted by using clean cloths and a little scented disinfectant, lavender would do. And oh, the whiff on the bottom of the shower curtain - yuk! Just wash 'em and more importantly, dry 'em properly, it's all it takes! Mould on the silicone. Ungreased shower curtain track. Cloth hasn't touch many areas above normal eye height. Chrome lower down is sparkling, turn your head up a bit and it doesn't look like it's ever seen the back of a cleaning cloth. Cleaners mostly but managers too defo need retraining and a talking to. Must be the worst Premier I've stayed in. If nothing else, the USP of a basic hotel must be hygiene. The toilet has brown water in it, suggesting problems with plumbing/ backflow. And the bottom on the pan is brown, which a little bleach would lick clean. Is it really that hard? On one bath towel for a 2 person booking.

Loud clicking noises from electric heater and thermostat. Switched heater off but couldn't stop thermostat from clicking throughout night. Also banging noises from above bathroom... seemed to ve when anyone ran the water.

Great place to stay, excellent staff and customer service. Enjoyed my stay and breakfast was excellent in every way...

Stayed here overnight with a group of friends. We arrived early as we had an afternoon function. The staff were very helpful in arranging our rooms early. The rooms were comfortable and clean as were the beds. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked great. Would defiantly stay again.

As a self employed cleaner I notice the little things. Dust and cobwebs in the lamp shades and mould above the window. No plug socket next to the bed for your phone, only usb which is no good for current iPhone chargers

Nice clean hotel with a good brewers fayre next door plenty of parking stayed for 1 night in a family room for the football at Ewood Park for the Argyle taxi to stadium is £4 or a 25 minute walk We would definitely stay here again and just off motorway for a quick exit

We booked this hotel due to it being only 30min walk from Ewood park, we left plymouth at 3 and arrived at 9, it is very easy to get to once you leave the M65, we were greeted by a lovely staff member, we were on the 2nd floor, our view was of a brickwall, the brewers fayre is joined on to the hotel, on floor 1, our room was clean tidy, we had no trouble with our room until the morning we were leaving, we couldnt get the shower to turn off, we did report it, and i managed to get it to stop, the hotel was a short walk from the football ground but we got a taxi there and back was £5 each way, but no card machine,

Excellent stay the hotel was perfect in the location its nice and quiet the outside is a bit shabby but don't let that put you off as the hotel is so clean and comfortable nothing is to much trouble for the staff they all go out of there way to make sure u have a brilliant stay the 3 people that stood out for us was kirsty Katherine and Anne we saw them everyday we was just and they were so friendly
