W hotelu Ikos Dassia można spędzić naprawdę wymarzone wakacje. Wszystko dograne w najmniejszym szczególe, od wystroju, kwiatów, zapachu, nienagannej czystości. Obsługa hotelu zawsze uśmiechnięta, pomocna, życzliwa. Człowiek czuje się jak w raju. Hotel jest duży, ale ilość restauracji, basenów i wielkość plaży powoduje, że wydaje się jakby się było w tym hotelu prawie samemu. Jedzenie w każdej z restauracji wybitne! Wspaniałe jest to, że jest ich tak duży wybór, że można codziennie kosztować innych smaków. Hotel dobrze strzeżony przez ochronę. Super opcja wynajęcia auta z hotelu na jeden dzień w cenie pobytu. Każdy gość ma swojego konsjerza, nami opiekowała się Evgenia. Piękna i precyzyjna kobieta. Przy przywitaniu i zameldowaniu wytłumaczyła nam wszystko tak dokładnie, że nawet nie musieliśmy później zamęczać Jej pytania, ale jeśli tak się zdarzyło nie czekaliśmy na odpowiedź ani spełnienie naszej prośby dłużej niż 5 minut! Codziennie otrzymywaliśmy na whatsappie pdf z planem co będzie się działo na następny dzień w hotelu. Jeżeli ktoś chce odpocząć i poczuć się luksusowo to polecam ten hotel z całego serca.

The resort is beautiful, clean and well organised. The restaurants are varied and the choice is excellent. The staff are very well trained, friendly and caring. It really is an impressive set up where everyone wants you to have the very best. Juliana, our concierge was particularly impressive, she gave us lots of advice and helped us with special requests, nothing was too much trouble for her.

Service absolutely outstanding from the moment you arrive to even after you’ve left. Food superb throughout and amazing facilities including at least eight swimming pools. All staff brilliant. Our personal concierge, Juliana, was out of this world and helped us arrange meals, boat trips, Tesla for the day, transfer back to the airport etc

There are many delicious restaurants to choose from and the facilities are fantastic. There are countless pools, a spacious gym, and many sports on offer, including water skiing, tennis , table tennis, football, basketball and beach volleyball. There are great tennis coaches and gym instructors. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We were especially impressed by Napoleon, Achilles, Phoebus,(from the sports centre), Theodoros, Johana,(from the restaurants) and Eleni(from the reception). We recommend Ikos Dassia highly.

This is a brilliant hotel all the staff are so attentive the young lady who waits on in the adult pool sky building she will put umbrellas up for those who are struggling. A special mention to her. We are very fussy eaters so we had a meal in the grill restaurant which was nice but too much for myself, so we stuck with flavours. The main chef cooked me chicken each night as he saw me struggling. It was so delicious, these chefs will cook anything for you don't be afraid to ask, they are so friendly. Not much more I can say which has not been said before. The only downside was the room which was lovely but crying babies on one side and children shouting on the other side. We didn't need an alarm clock as we was wakened very early in the morning. I suggest put the families together and try to house the couples in a separate block

We stayed for 10 days at the Ikos Dassia, in Corfu. What can I say? This was the best hotel for family and couples that I had the pleasure of staying at. The staff are exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was special, Claude, Siad & Boris provided towels whenever we required them. The staff at the Sky Bar was very attentive, especially Christina. Peggy found my reading glasses, which was accidentally taken with laundry. Eva on reception was very pleasant and helpful. All the staff from cleaners to front of house made us feel welcome and special. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Ikos Dassia Sea Building area made our two week stay the most relaxing. It is certainly hats off to the attention to detail and the kindness of those individuals giving the best service we would be hard pushed to find a better holiday destination. It wasn’t all seemless but wow they really looked after us. Restaurants Kerkyra, Ergon and Anya with Wine bar being our favourites along with Adult side of the beach. Free shuttle busses and culture tickets were an added bonus for exploring which you pick up at Reception. Favourite food - posh fish n chips, Red Curry, Lamb and Baclava. For the less mobile there are lifts taking you to the beach level or use the buggy drivers around the resort.

We have just enjoyed a wonderful trip as a family of 2 grandparents, 2 parents, a 2 year old and a six month baby. We all loved the hotel and felt we were all suited. The main attraction was the a la carte dining where children are welcome. We felt the hotel gave a luxury feel to a family holiday. I got off to a bad start regarding my disappoin**ent with the room. Eleni in Sky reception accepted my opinion and arranged a new room with Kira from Guest Services. Whenever I saw Eleni she welcomed me by name and asked about the trip. Also left a lovely message and wine on departure. Kira was so helpful and came to find us on several occasions to enquire all was well. She left a bottle of wine with a kind message in our new room. We used all the facilities… a la cartes.. fantastic.. Tesla.. amazing. Spa.. excellent. Sunset cruise …such a nice idea. We also went to The Fish Tavern on dine out. The food was so authentic and the staff lovely, a really nice experience. We couldn’t rate the hotel staff highly enough. Every aspect of our stay was exceptional, nothing too much bother. Thank you to everyone at Ikos Dassia, you gave us a wonderful holiday.

AMAZING, we travelled as a party of 8, absolutely nothing to fault, the hotel is stunning, it smells absolutely gorgeous, the staff are all amazing, you will not be disappointed, this was our 2nd visit and it was just as good as I remembered, giving it a miss this year for Andalusia but I will definitely be returning
