Xunhui Hotel

I feel sad to give a medium score. The young man who .met me was polite, the young lady I saw a couple of times was friendly and helpful. Maybe it was because there weren't many other guests, but the hotel service seemed minimalistic,sometimes with no staff about. It is a shame because the hotel has lots of potential with its artistic design of the stairs and marble floors, its antique exterior, and proximity to the Ancient city and temples. Whilst the stairs are artistic and the staff helped me with my luggage, without a lift, it is not really geared to the elderly. Maybe the taxi driver dropping me off in the cold evening 10 minutes away set me off on the wrong foot.. Obviously, this was no fault of the hotel Dui bu qi..

整個非常糟糕的體驗，我們預訂了兩晚，我們來的時候非常冷，-10度左右 1. 廣告首頁寫的有地暖，實則根本沒有，給的是電熱器，第一晚睡的感冒，和前台溝通，又給了第二台，但是根本沒用的，整個房間非常冷 2. 衞生也很差勁了 有蜈蚣，阿姨打掃衞生被子也不疊 3. 我們來的時候淡季，就我們一組客人，店家應該節省成本，都不開熱水器電加熱，導致早上洗臉都是冷水，晚上回酒店洗澡也是很冷的水，打電話到前台，回覆我們是恆温的，那個水温不洗澡，光洗手都是那種涼的，但是掛了電話立馬水温上去，很明顯就是店家控制調温，太無語了，-10度的氣温這樣對客人 4. 最最最無語的，明明網上訂的35-40平的房間，但是前台卻説給你們升級房型，升級的房型説給30平方的房間。極大概率就是怕房間大 我們電暖器根本打不上去温度 一切都是店家淡季為了節省成本動的手腳，極其噁心的騷操作 反正整體非常差勁👎

之前朋友來住過，説挺不錯的。這次來大同旅遊特意來感受一下。酒店整體感受下來很不錯。首先，房間乾淨衞生，房間內很暖和。其次，前台小姑娘們也很熱情，幫忙指路，推薦周圍的餐館。大同的飯菜真的好吃不貴。淡季來性價比超高。
