The hotel is from the era where they used marble tiles in the bathrooms and heavy quality wood furniture which is pretty charming. Bed was very comfortable and staff were generally helpful altho a couple of the reception staff were quite brusque, also they spoke really fast in an accent I couldn't always understand. I think they should be more mindful of visitors from abroad. The most helpful and courteous member of staff was the bellhop.
The hotel claims to be non-smoking which is a joke cuz my room reeked of cigarette smoke and I told the staff so when she brought me there but she just said oh they've already turned down the room. Since I stayed for only 1 night, I didn't make a fuss. But non-smoking rooms are generally a joke in China, there is no enforcement and smokers have no consideration for others. Non-smokers in this country have no rights.

古城裡最方便的酒店，沒有之一，出門就是鼓樓東西大街，去哪都方便，第一天沒訂到有窗的房間，是內廊的房，體驗感很差，第二天換到豪華大床房立馬心情愉悦，房間配備戴森吹風機，智能馬桶，護髮素，酒店的餐飲我們都喜歡，大同這幾天早中晚全部這家酒店解決，再次感謝這裏的服務員，餐廳裏服務熱情周到，下回還選這裏

房間很乾凈，設施也好用，但房間有煙味，建議所有房間禁煙。服務員熱情周到，停車方便，車場服務很好，指揮到位。喜歡他們的早餐，品種豐富，刀削麪羊雜湯都很好吃，下次還住這裏。古城中央位置，出行方便，步行就可以參觀到古城所有景點。

服務一流，房間乾淨整潔，位置特別好，早餐豐富，總體非常滿意，缺點房不好訂，燈源開關有的不在床頭，有點不方便，淋浴間有點小，倒也不影響淋浴，淋浴頭不能手持是固定的有點不方便，智能馬桶沖水溜有小，但衞生間非常乾淨，使得缺點不那麼突出的，下次來大同還會選擇花園大酒店！

大同古城裡麪唯一的星級酒店，坐落於古城中心的鼓樓附近，去古城裡的各景點步行即可。鼓樓附近餐廳集中，吃飯、出行都方便。酒店也有對外餐廳，老牌4星酒店的環境，但服務人員讓我感到親切，出入都主動問候，這才是酒店給予客人的第一好印象。房間衞生打掃的乾淨利落。我推薦住古城裡的這家酒店。

大同花園大飯店不愧是著名的品牌飯店，性價比很高，各方面非常棒，無論是管理還是服務質量以及餐飲都做得非常到位，尤其是客房服務人員和餐廳的工作人員，服務特別專業細緻暖心，讓旅客很温暖。早餐豐盛且品質口感好，游完回到酒店後去中餐廳用餐非常方便，菜品豐富，價格實惠，方便極了！總之，大同花園非常好！繼續加油！

位置好出行方便，雖然房間有些老但是很乾凈，設施和細節都很好，服務也非常滿意。早餐不錯，還看到貌似酒店領導在查看品質，這樣的酒店難怪服務品質一直保持這麼好，超讚！超出了我的預期👍第一次來大同印象特別好，選擇花園大飯店太正確了

非常滿意的酒店，地理位置好，在古城裡麪，周邊好吃的多，出行方便，房間設施床品挺好，床上用品很舒服，被子枕頭都是鵝絨，入住有歡迎卡，送了水果。酒店-1是洗浴，面積不大，有泡澡熱水池和汗蒸，熱水池水不太熱，汗蒸挺好，從恆山下來正好泡澡搓搓澡放鬆一下，洗的很舒服，搓澡阿姨搓的非常仔細，服務很好。轉天早餐也驚喜，居然還有擺餐布和🍽️，有點不像酒店的自助餐廳，倒像是付費的西餐廳，簡直不要太滿意，我出遊定所有酒店都是含早的，級別跟花園酒店差不多，這邊服務確實好，很會做生意，餐也好吃😋，營養均衡，減脂，還有山西羊雜粉超好吃，滿意！下次來大同還定這裏！
