Amazing hidden gem. Staff very friendly, free snacks and coffee on arrival, great room, free laundry and conveniently located next to places to eat and be social. Would definitely stay here again if back in the city with the huge TV screen.

光顧着玩了，都沒來得及給房間多拍個照片。房間所見即所得，本來還擔心室內四合院會不會比較壓抑，但沒想到層高特別高，整體非常寬敞。我們有長者有孩子，需要三間房，想着大家可以住在一起，長者聊天方便，孩子可以一塊玩耍，找了一圈沒找到合適的套間，哈尼院正符合我們的需求。首圖寫着瀛湖府的那兩扇門是自動門，挑高很高，刷卡進入，孩子們都哇一聲，很有儀式感。洗澡水非常熱，水流很大，這點非常重要。另外，我媽晚上掉了一衹比較貴重的耳釘，查看之前進酒店的照片那衹耳釘一直都在，所以判斷應該是在房間換衣服時弄掉的，一大家子人找了很久都沒找到，離店時試着給管家拍了另一衹耳釘的照片讓收拾房間的時候幫忙找找看，本來也沒抱什麼希望，因為角落什麼的我們都找過了，沒想到管家下午回覆真找到了，應該是幫忙找了很久的，真的是太感謝啦，旅行中的小插曲特別暖心。非常感謝服務經理張啟娟和樊慧，這兩位不管是訂房間前還是住酒店期間，溝通都很順暢，很周到，短暫的相遇留下特別的記憶，比心！

Had excellent stay at this hotel. Room was very clean and modern, with all amenities. Breakfast is abundant. Premises are also modern. Hotel has perfect location, 10 mins from high speed train station and 5 mins from old city. A special thank to Jing from the front desk who was extremely kind and helpful and gave lots of tips and advise. Thank you!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Five-star strong recommendation! Choosing this Intercity Hotel (Dongxin Plaza Branch) for my trip to Datong was definitely the right decision! The location is exceptionally good, very close to the high-speed train station, making travel incredibly convenient. It's about a 30-minute taxi ride to the Yungang Grottoes, and only a ten-minute drive to the Drum Tower and the Southeast Yiyuan Historical and Cultural District. It saves a lot of time and effort getting to all the major attractions, which is a huge relief for tourists. The room is spacious and large, generally clean and tidy, with well-maintained facilities. After a day of sightseeing, it was incredibly relaxing and comfortable to come back to. The hotel breakfast offers a rich variety, with many local Datong specialties that taste great. You can eat your fill before heading out for more sightseeing. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient. The surrounding commercial area has complete amenities, making dining and shopping very convenient. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, I highly recommend staying here. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Datong!

My friends from Northeast China came to Datong, Shanxi, for a trip, and we truly felt the warmth of the Datong people throughout our journey. We chose the Orange Hotel Crystal because it's located in a commercial area, making it very convenient to get to all the attractions. We saw reviews praising the breakfast and front desk service, and sure enough, upon arrival, it was all true! Xiao Li at the front desk was warm and enthusiastic, and she was also very pretty. The breakfast was excellent, with prawns, various cakes, and Datong specialties like Knife-Cut Noodles and Lamb Giblet Soup. It was all very good! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We spent two nights at Atour in Datong, Shanxi Province. We were impressed by friendly and excellent services provided by staff (at every position) of the hotel. The room was clean and neat with all details attended. Breakfast was very good. We tasted some delicious local foods. The best of all was the hotel provided free of charge use of washing machine and dryer. A big thumb up!

跟朋友三個人一起點了一個家庭房，除了房間小點以外這個酒店沒任何槽點…酒店位置非常便利也好找，去哪都近，衞生也好 不知道是大同風土人情好，還是我運氣好，碰上的人都巨好，從出租車司機到各大景區的工作人員、洗浴中心的搓澡阿姨再到酒店前台都特別特別温馨體貼熱情… 第一天酒店餐廳的阿姨看我們用微波爐熱外賣，非常熱情地就送了一碗麪墩墩，今天我們離店又送了兩袋杏乾和醋😭😭

The hotel staff is helpful and friendly. They will try their best to accommodate our requests. They also provide car service from and to high speed train station and ancient city. The unfavourable experience was the smoking environment where other guests smoke in their room without closing their room from day to night. It makes the corridor having the smoking smell and even the smoke flown to the room where I have a young kid with me. It affected badly to our sleeping quality when smoker smoke at 11pm so I made a call to hotel staff who was helpful to advise the smoker guest to close their room door. I hope smoker can be more considerate.

Highly recommended . The lady at the front desk is warm and considerate. Bottled water can be found everywhere in the corridors of the hotel and can be taken for free. The laundry room is also very good and the room is clean and tidy…..

酒店比較新，房間空間也很大，不會很擠。洗澡水很大很舒服。工作人員也都很客氣禮貌。吃飯完全不用擔心，酒店樓下各種餐館很方便 入住期間，遇到的問題就是 1: 因為是淡季，酒店部分樓層關閉，導致無法升級，這個預訂時頁面沒有顯示，也沒提前告知；2: 我預訂的是含早的房間，同樣因為淡季，酒店沒有自助早餐供應，衹提供麪包牛奶可送至客房，這個無法接受，投訴攜程後給瞭解決方案。能理解淡季要是開設自助會增加運營成本，但可以有點餐制，在客人辦理入住時，詢問早餐需要什麼，如：麪條、 牛奶 、豆漿 、包子 、粥…按需提前準備，也不會造成浪費；3: 還有感覺房間有一點點味道，不知道是不是新開的原因，但是勉強能接受，對氣味敏感的可能會介意
