Nice and friendly staff from reception to restaurant, cleaning staff, spa and thermes. I had a great week, good food and friendly atmosphere. 5mins walk from main shopping street , few min drive from train station

Clean well kept quiet modern room, if anything a little small but as it was a stopover that wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was good in a well kept restaurant

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour à l’hôtel les thermes de l’avenue. L’accueil est excellent (personnel attentionné et à l’écoute)… Les 4 massages au top Félicitations aux 2 dames pour leur professionnalisme et leurs massages haut de gamme !!! Le petit déjeuner de grande qualité avec un excellent accueil de la dame en charge qui était aux petits soins…. Notre chambre très bien entretenue avec une belle terrasse. Le seul point négatif la piscine très peu chauffée (jets d’eau en panne) et peu utilisable car très occupée par les activités journalières dommage !!! (Séjour du31mars au 5avril2024 chambre327)

Nette dégradation des prestations, les chambres ne sont pas entretenues, je ne parle pas des prestations journalières qui sont correctement faites, mais des travaux d'entretien (porte de la salle de bains , pas de seche serviette, plus de chaîne Canal +, et ne parlons pas des prestations du petit déjeuner, à 8 h du matin, plus de ramequins pour prendre de la confiture ou des pruneaux, plus de cake, pas de serviette de table, plus de distrbuteur de jus d'orange frais (a disparu depuis 2 semaines,) etc.. Personnel sympathique et souriant, propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain impeccable mais celle des couloirs et des parties communes de l'hôtel laisse un peu à désirer. Chambre 133 ( supérieure) à éviter absolument, vue sur les machineries des thermes à deux mètres seulement de la fenêtre, bruit et lumière dès 5h du matin. Message déjà passé à l'accueil, vraiment dommage d'avoir eu une chambre de type supérieur comme celle-ci alors que l'hôtel n'était pas plein.

Très bon hôtel, super accueil, très propre, petit déjeuner compris dans le prix de la chambre qui est très raisonnable. Habituée au hôtel étant commerciale et je recommande cette adresse.

Une soirée parfaite en tous points. Dés mon arrivée les explications sur le stationnement et le séjour sont claires. Aucun reproche sur les chambres, spacieuses, propres et très bien insonorisés. Quand au repos en très bon moment, un excellent choix et un personnel très professionnel.
