We had a wonderful stay in a hotel that combines Chinese tradition in its outside design with modern rooms inside. The people working there are super-friendly and helpful which put the cherry on the cake. Also, the breakfast they served was quite unique and very fresh and tasty. Highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful stay at Tiangong Heyuan Hotel Huashuiwan. The staff were outstanding—professional, warm, and always ready to help. Every evening, they thoughtfully sent delicious local snacks to the room, which made the experience feel extra special. The team was extremely helpful with public transport guidance and could even assist in arranging transport when needed, making travel smooth and stress-free. The hot spring facilities were incredibly comfortable, with clear and friendly instructions provided for first-time visitors. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the added AI support made the stay even more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I will definitely come back again!

Howard Johnson hot spring is a beautiful resort with very good service. We did not speak Chinese so one of the staff added us on WeChat so he could provide us with the services at any time. He was very accommodating and supported us throughout our stay. We had a great time. The hot spring was very relaxing.

Niedawno zatrzymałem się w tym hotelu podczas moich wakacji i muszę przyznać, że było to niesamowite przeżycie. Personel hotelu był niezwykle przyjazny i gościnny, dbając o to, aby każda moja potrzeba została zaspokojona. Pokoje były przestronne, czyste i pięknie urządzone, zapewniając komfortowe i relaksujące otoczenie. Lokalizacja hotelu była idealna, z łatwym dostępem do pobliskich atrakcji i dogodnymi środkami transportu. Byłem pod ogromnym wrażeniem dbałości o szczegóły i poziomu usług oferowanych przez hotel. Gorąco polecam ten hotel każdemu, kto szuka niezapomnianego i przyjemnego pobytu.

地方不錯，離四季温泉谷就步行幾分鐘，泡温泉很方便，環境衞生乾淨，零食早餐準備的很齊全，老闆人好話不多，退房的那天要去西鄰雪山，時間很早還麻煩了老闆送我們到鎮上，但是房間空調效果不怎麼樣，不過有電熱毯還不算冷，照片忘了拍，總之在花水灣是值得選擇的

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, using the app to communicate to me in English. My room was on the 9th floor with a beautiful view of the trees, mountain and pool area. There was a balcony with a table and chairs. It was really a peaceful room that I enjoyed. The hotel was very nice, it seemed like an Italian marbled hotel. The breakfast had many choices, and it was all delicious. There are many pools, warm and hot springs to choose from, it was fun and relaxing. The massage and treatments were wonderful, especially from Rufong, if you like deep acupressure. She is a really experienced, friendly and wonderful person.

Great stay at Four Points by Sheraton Chengdu, Anren. The hotel has spacious, clean rooms and a relaxing environment with nice garden views. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location is excellent for visiting Anren Ancient Town and nearby museums, though it is a bit far from central Chengdu. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would recommend for a quiet getaway or family trip.

The room was big n spacious, with 2 big beds, 2 sinks n a balcony overlooking a beautiful view. Service (housekeeping) was excellent as they attended to our requests instantaneously. The front desk staff even sent to our room homemade Ginger tea to beat our cold symptoms!  Hot spring facilities was readily available and was great! We only felt the room furniture was slightly old n TV connectivity was not great as we couldn’t get the channels up most of the time. Everything else was excellent!

ตำแหน่งที่ตั้งดี เดินเท้าเข้าจุดซื้อตั๋วได้เลย เดินทะลุจุดลานจอดรถกว้างๆได้ตลอดชิลๆ มีร้านค้าขายของ ขายอาหารพอสมควร ทุกร้านรับจ่าย alipay ตัวโรงแรมดูเก่าๆหน่อย ไม่มีลิฟท์ สภาพในห้องปกติ สะอาด เรียบร้อย ไม่มีฮีตเตอร์ในห้อง แต่กะยังดีที่มีที่นอนทำระบบความร้อนนอนอุ่นๆพอได้ และมีแอร์พอทำระบบความร้อนได้บ้าง ต้องขอเพิ่มพวกผ้าขนหนู และ ไดร์เป่าผม ขอได้ฟรีเพราะไม่มีในห้อง ห้องส้วมแบบส้วมซึมนั่งยอง ตะคริวกินกันไป น้ำร้อนมี แต่ต้องเปิดรอพักนึงถึงจะร้อน งานบริการแม่บ้านถือว่าดี ยิ้มแย้ม ขยันขันแข็งตลอด ก่อนเข้าพักมีมัดจำ 100หยวน คืนตอนออก
