The staff was also n the beach was right there n very nice rooms were good. We would stay there again

Constantly hearing doors slammed all times of the day
Heat was very bad in our room
Sometimes running for over a hour
Would not turn on when it got cold

While the location is excellent the property itself is extremely outdated. I stayed in one of the oceanfront rooms. The room was clean however rust was on the bathtub, doors, refrigerator and stovetop. The entire property needs to be rehabilitated and I’m sure their rating would skyrocket based on being a beachfront hotel. There are so many hotels on the ***** and I would have definitely bypassed this one had I known in advance. My best recommendation is to pay a few extra bucks for a nicer hotel. I only stayed here because everything was booked due to the NASCAR races. Don’t do it!!! Thank me later

Vintage property! Takes us back to old Florida. Away from the busy part of Daytona Beach. Wonderful. Right on the beach.

The lady that was working the continental breakfast yelled at me for opening a cupboard door looking for a fork… The cupboard was labeled forks. She would not stop yelling that wasn’t for the public. I tried to explain that I had not seen were the silverware was, but she keep yelling. She kept going on and on. In my face. And when I went to take a shower I noticed that the water smells like sewage and made me feel dirtier than when I first got in.

Lovely resort. Two pools plus kiddie pool will be great in hot weather while soaking in the feel of the ocean. Beautiful landscaping and grounds.

Could use some updates and modernization. Feels like it has not been considered for an update for years. Accommodations were comfortable and appeared clean.

If you can afford to stay somewhere better you should. The property is dirty and in need of many repairs.I regret staying there for the price.
