The pool was closed the last 2 days we were there because it was dirty and my kids were disappointed

The pool was closed, which they advertise "pool". Which was the reason I choose to stay here.
I'd like some type of reimbursement.
Also they never made my wake up call....

A light outside the office was flashing like a strobe upon arrival. The office smelled like skunk, but the room smelled OK. In the room (120), the bathroom light continuously flashed off and on like a strobe. It would definitely have triggered a seizure in a person with epilepsy.
In the breakfast area, the toaster didn't work (it WAS plugged in), and the orange juice came out as yellow water. Overall, this was not a pleasant stay.

i definitely enjoyed my stay! the only issue i had is that i was checked into a room i didn’t pay for, my room was supposed to have the tub in the room but i didn’t. i paid extra to have that specific amenity and it was a completely different room. wasn’t going to fuss about a few extra dollars though. it’s the principle though. the person who checked me in didn’t even mention that the room i booked was unavailable or anything. so 7.99/10 for the Quality Inn !

The motel needs an overhaul. The bathroom lights flicker for 10 minutes before coming on. The bathroom sink drain doesn't work so you have to jam something in the dirty water to let the water drain out. Carpet is old and dirty. Previous guest's Mountain Doo bottle was under the end table. I could hear every adult and child in the adjoining rooms and above my room talking, yelling, walking like a herd of elephants. I need to wake up at 5 am for a flight and the noise kept me awake till midnight.

Ok. Fan in bathroom very loud. Curtains not hung up right. Breakfast horrible. Very little offered. Waffle maker left waffles doughy.

There was a piece of chewed gum on the nightstand when we checked in, it was white on a black surface so it should have been pretty obvious.
