It’s not the worst place to stay, but there were quite a few problems. The water pressure in the sink was basically non existent. The pool was really run down and not kept up at all. The hotel smelled like **** everywhere. The breakfast was terrible there was hardly anything. There were ants in our room and on the bed. I think for $80 it could have been a little nicer.

Sharon is awsome at the front desk, housekeeping has real pleasant girls, wish breakfast didnt get broke down so quickly .

Not a great stay. Hotel is dated. Thought we would get to use the hot tub, but it was empty. Some stuff that happened was not controllable by the hotel (like really loud, obnoxious kids in the pool area) however, if their parents hadn't been drinking in a place they should not have, that may not have happened. And our next door neighbor was smoking pot, in a non-smoking hotel. Not great, since we had a connecting door to them. Bed was comfortable, staff was okay, though the housekeeper had to knock on our door to figure out if we were a stayover because their computer system wasn't working. Not something you want on a Sunday at 9:15. Also front desk clerk said breakfast on Sunday went til 10. Not correct, considering it was gone when we got downstairs well before 10.

Hot tub wasn’t working, pool was closed, woke up by housekeeping yelling down the hallway to talk to each other, pillows were flat.

I enjoy the staff the most. They make it priority to recognize and appreciate the repeat guests. They also protect the guests information to ensure confidentiality. Overall they work hand in hand on one accord to establish a better work environment that guest can see.

As I was checking out, I learned that I had been given the wrong room. Which would explain the broken door handle that I was assured would get fixed (it didn't). Also, while the room appeared to have been cleaned, there was a wad of hair clinging to the side of the shower (clearly missed). The AC/heater needs some maintenance and the windows need insulation. Bed was nice, shower was hot, and morning staff was friendly.

Pillows suck. How can you get a good nights rest with a pillow that’s about a third of a size of a normal one?

Room was in disrepair (bath fan didn't work, broken toilet paper roll holder, broken desk chair); yogurt at breakfast was over a month past expired; staff was brusque. Not a good value for the money.
