It was very nice. The front desk staff was amazing. Lori did an amazing job of making sure we had a great stay.

Nice breakfast served, however rooms were not in very good shape couldn't get a couple outlets to hold a plug in. There was not much hot water, and the pressure was too low to lather in the shower

Great location, lobby area is clean and inviting. Rooms need attention. No water pressure, electrical outlets need upgrades, several loose in room,Elevator sounds like it may crash

The moment I entered the facility I was promptly acknowledged. The interaction between the Front Desk Representative was not the run of the mill normal type of check-ins. The representative genuinely made me feel welcomed and special. The room was nicely appointed and the amenities were good.throughout my stay, I’d see the representative provide a high level of welcome to all the guests checking in. It’s this level of KINDNESS that should be the norm!!!!

Hampton Inn is just a great place to stay. The atmosphere is welcoming and very clean. Most of all nobody beats their breakfast or their prices.

Although our stay was short, I was disappointed in our stay. Beds were not comfy (mostly pillows). There was loud noises from people outside all night, not sure if it was from other people staying or another area nearby. The main reason for booking this hotel was for the morning breakfast. We had an early start to a sporting event for my daughter and thought the breakfast would be convenient. Wrong! They had nothing. We got there at 8:30 and they had ran out of egg. Waited 15 minutes and we were told they were no longer serving egg, however, breakfast ended at 10am. There was also no milk for the cereal, no waffle batter. The only thing for breakfast were French toast strips and yogurt. There is literally a sign bragging about their breakfast next to the counter! The staff was too busy being on their phones to care. Next time, I'll go for the Holiday Inn around the corner.
