Amazing and friendly staff! The staff who stocked and cleaned the breakfast area were amazing and were so nice, they deserve a shoutout for how good of a job they did. The hotel was very quiet and the rooms and hallways smelled fresh and clean. The only complaint we have is the mattress was a bit worn and could use replaced.

Clean hotel. Rooms provide enough space for family. Quite even through the New Years Eve holiday. Very close to Kings Island. Several restaurants are conveniently in walking distance.

Hands down the best hotel I have stayed at ! Was overwhelmed with the place for the value , I am on my way to Columbus and will search for another Residence Inn

The only thing I suggest is to have breakfast until 10am. Hotel was clean, good imenities & friendly staff.

This is a fabulous hotel. It was clean, spacious, great location, and great amenities.
Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The staff goes above and beyond and hopefully corporate recognizes it.

Kind staff, large room with high ceilings and a full kitchen. Breakfast offerings were predictable but tasty. I will stay here again if im in the area.
