The food is absolutely wonderful, much better than the five star hotel i stayed at the nights before (Novotel Calcutta ).
But things broke down: the phone, the toilet. It was a premium room in name only.
But the food makes up for a lot!

Awesome room with good service. Jacuzzi was good just that there was a lack of proper drainage system. Not a big problem for me but it should be looked upon. Very good food and very courteous staff!

I booked a premium room with a mountain/hill view. I was allocated a room on the 2nd floor with no view of the mountains. On request, i was informed that this is the only room they have, and no refund was given for giving a room for lower tariffs. The bathroom had blockage and the water just accumulated there, giving an awful experience. I booked this hotel because of a good rating but it didn't match my expectations also, in the breakfast, i asked for cold coffee, which was only milk & coffee (no icecream, no sugar, nothing additional) and i was charged extra for it,

Positives - rooms & washroom very clean, restaurant service was very good negatives - very poor room service - sometimes had to call 2-3 times for a basic job without any success, power backup not working for 2 consecutive nights

It was a pleasant stay …. Property location was good . It was in the city . Everything was available outside hotel . Food was also good . The room was well cleaned and decent . Overall o would recommend to choose this hotel . I am very happy to choose it
