The hotel resolved any issues we had to which we are grateful for and kanaya at the reception provided excellent customer service we have stayed at this hotel before and will certainly choose Ramada Dheradun again.

訂之前看到好多人説這裏食物不好吃，很忐忑。吃自助早餐的時候發現還好，衹是品種不太多，但是質量還可以。要吐槽的是設施。洗手間淋浴並沒有單獨的隔間，當時設計的時候欠考慮，可以理解。但是不能理解的是，就不能加個沐浴簾子嗎？洗澡以後，浴室水花四濺，一片狼藉。如果稍後你要用馬桶或者去刷牙，抱歉了，你要淌水進去。

IT was an excellent experience. I was there to attend a conference. food was very good and staff were very helpful and polite. it is situated in the centre of city with available parking. all important points are near by, very near to F.R.I. ( FOREST RESEARCH INSTITUTE) and ONGC.

We planned to stay and celebrate our stay on my birthday However we enjoyed the stay so much and we extend the stay for one more night We enjoyed the services and food was delicious Front office employees were polite and generous Shivani was attentive at her work and was friendly in nature

Beautiful rooms , beautiful hotel, restaurant food is good ,houskeeping services are on time , we love the breakfast variety, breakfast menu is different from other day , that is nice really,reception staff is good specially khushboo and Shivani ,both are corporative and always smiling ,next trip at Ramada for sure.
