The agent that checked me in gave incorrect information regarding payment information; when I called to get the situation rectified, the agent I spoke with was short, rude and unprofessional.
Upon entering the room there was a strong odor of uncleanliness, didn’t smell fresh. The bathroom sink was slow the drain and made loud noises; the bathroom slide door was broken and hard to close. Overall terrible experience for the time I stayed during the holiday.

They oversold King bed rooms, so I didn't get the room I reserved. Other than that, I had a good stay.

The only thing I did not like was the pull out sofa bed, the mattress did not sleep well. Everything else was great.

I have stayed here twice and staff was nice both times and it is fast and smooth check in! Nice clean rooms and my kids love their pool
