The property was absolutely gorgeous right on the cliff of Delmar Beach! it was spotless, spacious ,and the office staff was very friendly! The only thing is the train noise was very loud as the train track is only hundred yards away -not the regular train, but the freight train was very loud . I would still book it again, regardless.

The room was filled with ants and other bugs which I have pictures and videos to prove, and they fasly represented the room making it seem like it would be an ocean front room with a patio, and it was nothing like that. There was no patio or view of the water from the room. Then they wanted to keep telling me about going to their tiny pool like that’s going to make up for what we walked into on my wife’s birthday. She was very disturbed by the conditions of the room and even further infuriated by the gentleman at the front desk offering us to come and spray bug spray in the room. Then the gentleman at the front desk went as far as blaming the false representation of the room on ******* and not the hotel, taking no ownership at all. Overall it was a terrible experience for the 15 minutes we stayed there. We ended up leaving and they still won’t refund us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back soon. Comfortable clean rooms and great staff. Enjoyed relaxing and barbecuing by the pool, and walking along the beach and bluffs. Close walking distance to restaurants and shops. Fun activities including wine night by the pool and painting rocks.

Fabulous property, loved the location and thank you for giving us the beachfront property. It was the best! Check-in was a breeze, pool and hot tub were clean. Unit was clean (shower needs a little repair). Will definitely be back!

Great place to stay and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Would have liked to check in earlier than the 4 pm check-in time.

Great room. Only problem, since it’s a studio and we sleep right next to the kitchen area, is that the refrigerator is extremely noisy

Staff was friendly and fantastic. We got the one crazy hot day. AC would have been nice. Not sure you need it any othdr time

Wonderful-exceeded our expectations in every way. It was much nicer than the photos.beautiful location, on a Cliff right over the ocean. It was quiet, very clean, and the furnishings and everything were new, bright and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and unpretentious.

I thought I might be taking a risk because I purchased someone's week here via their Paypal account last minute. I had limited info on what was in the room, the view, etc. The one thing I knew was I always loved Del Mar and wanted to be in the heart of things here. What a WIN! For like $250 a night I was steps from Powerhouse Park, right on the bluff overlooking the beach, one block from the best restaurants. Right in the thick of all the things we love. The pool was hot and beautiful. The room was nicely appointed and I needed nothing. There is no air conditioning but it was almost 90 one day and we were fine with ceiling fans. Some units are on the cliff overlooking the sea. Ours looked more at a beautiful park behind which was a clear view of the ocean. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful- I cannot stress that enough! Again, as I purchased someone else's booking I was nervous but I called them ahead and described my transaction and they knew the individual and said I had no worries. Great stay in an oasis town.
