loved my stay here , quite 4 star hotel with good rooms, only little con is the location but otherwise all good

The standard of cleanliness was absolutely vile. The staff weren’t properly trained and were always causing issues. The food options were extremely limited, was sometimes stale. The professionalism was extremely poor.
Would not recommend at all.

Had a comfortable stay in park plaza. Room service was good. Housekeeping team was awesome Vellet parking was good. Food was good I had been staying here for 3 night and I found the service top rated. Would like to thanks to Ravindra at Dilip at reception to attend us good. And helping us for everything.

Neat and clean rooms with basic necessities. Easy check-in. Calm Place, Good Breakfast Options. Good Staff specially Ch***, Rahul, ***isha and the chef team. Good connectivity away from traffic and chaos. Thanks to the team. Keep up the good work and keep doing good.

Awesome options for breakfast and dinner buffets and other services like saloon, spa. Good stay, the hotel is at good location and near to malls. Wifi connectivity is good. The customer service reps are nice and friendly, Anurag, ***isha, Ch***.

Anurag, including all the dining staff, have been incredibly helpful and attentive. They have made my dining experience fantastic. They even called in when I would have slept my way through dinner. The hotel reception and general hotel staff have also been amazing and helpful.

I had been there for 6 days . I found everything well settled. Check in to check out. All was very quick. Rooms, food and service was mind blowing. I enjoyed a lot, swimming pool was well maintained. Spa services was good. Staff was good and supportive. Ravinder at front office was very helpful for each and everything will visit soon with my friends

Awesome place to have some fun. All things are very perfect. Room , food was good , outside was bit noisy. But apart from that was good. Will come again and again. Front office team was very helpful for everything. Ravindra ,priyanka and Bipin was very kind and supportive
