This is the worst hotel I ever visited . In all non smoking room you feel like someone smoke . Lot of things are broken . Staff is very untrained and chewing tobacco all time. Service is terrible. They show good pictures of the room on website and give you dirty dark rooms . Overall bad property to stay if you traveling from overseas.

The google map location is wrong.
We went from East delhi to Okhla and back to east delhi because of this.
No one answers the call on reception even after multiple attempts and they keep talking to someone else if by mistake they pick up your call.
The rooms were dingy and we could hear other people talking in the other rooms as well.
Old and scrapped style almirahs, beds etc.
Not worth it at all for what you pay.
Horrible experience from parking to staying.

2 din ke liye humne room liatha hume khana achcha laga aur khana wala achcha servis de raha tha Jitendra Yadav liked it very much sauth dises badhiya tha hame yha aake achha laga our staff bhi achha he sabhi staff bahiti hi mehanati he *Jitendra yadav*

Food was really great … service was very nice Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the 1 week we were in delhi . Jitendra yadav in staff became my true friend.

Great welcome by Ginger team and smooth check in done by Salamuddin Alam......... Nice room with proper cleaning and hygiene thanks to Gaurav yadav and Mohit for their support and services.. nice food tasty. Good location from room......

This is a real real best hotel. The service is very nice. The foods in kitchen are very delicious. Very nice music in kitchen. Personally thank you to Jetendr. Very good guy. Room clean service very nice. Every day clean the room. Thank you for all!!!

In this hotel food was very good and lot of variety in every cuisine but the desk staff is not very helpful and restaurant staff was good and the rooms are clean and specially service by jitendra yadav was exceptional well and front deck does not receive call fast
