Premier Inn Manchester (Denton)

Booked 5 rooms then rang up to confirm the rooms would be together and ground floor and at least 2 accessible but could manage with 3 normal , got there and checked in allocated upstairs rooms I explained allthough the receptionist could see that one of the rooms was for a very elderly and very unsteady on their feet needing assistance even with walking sticks after a while they gave them downstairs rooms which meant 3rooms upstairs 2 downstairs and I myself use a stick, we left my elderly Aunts and uncle in their rooms , i regret to say I didn’t check the bathroom . We were there for my Aunt and Uncles Grandaughters wedding and on the morning went to help them get ready and all they could do after a very long journey all they could do is have a wash down as the shower was over the bath , I struggled with a shower over the bath and I’m in my 60s not ideal as they were on the top table representing the brides parents as they both no longer with us, they felt really let down by the hotel and they had said this to the girl on reception who said her manager was aware of the situation, I was given a card with details of making a complaint but as yet I’m still awaiting a response

Amazing staff couldn’t do enough for us helped with all our issues even helped get food in the middle of night , went above and beyond thank you Room was clean and tidy and helpful suggestions booking was easy and everyone was so friendly and helpful

A necessary family thing and we booked because it's our usual hotel for family get togethers.Very convenient location for where we went.

As an overnight stay to attend a concert the hotel was 100% what we required. Very comfortable bed in a clean room and clean facilities.

Staff was incredible. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Exceeded all expectations. Staff made sure every guest was comfortable during the heat supplying extra amenities

It was very good location. Quiet & confertable beds. Very nice, friendly, polite polish staff working on the reception.

Bed was really good best I've slept in a while! , bedroom was very clean on entrance. Good food in the restaurant. Shower was great and all shampoos being provided is always so handy as it saves me space when travelling. Overnight the place was very quite and sleep was not interrupted 😊

We went for the weekend everything was great like always Alex the receptionist was lovely professional and absolutely helpful. Thanks for the good time .
