Room was not serviced during our stay. I had to request more towels and toilet paper. Trash was not emptied. Too many cars parked (not just loading/unloading) in the drop off area. Was traveling with a disabled person and was difficult at times to drop her off at the main door.

The hotel was very clean and smelled great. Room was very clean no problems. The only complaint we had was since hotel is next to the feeder road you had multiple cars speeding through to avoid traffic light at the street corner. very dangerous almost got hit trying to cross from my car to the front door of the hotel.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, and very clean everywhere. Fragrance in the hallway was a bit overwhelming. Some noise from the freeway on the wing we stayed in.

Overall a good stay. Lobby was very clean and welcoming. Room was a bit run down. Carpet torn all the way across threshold, spots all over bathroom ceiling, toilet paper holder barely attached to the wall.

Hotel was great. We did have issues with bed and cleanliness. There was used tissues with lipstick. In the bed from possible prior guest.

First time staying and it was the best stay ever. The rooms are big and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Will be staying again

It was a nice stay but in my room the coffee machines broke and my daughter’s family’s room her ac broke which wouldn’t have a big deal because it was 40* outside but we got in on it was 85* in the bedroom.

We always like an ice machine on our floor and there wasn’t! No big problem though! We’d stay again for sure!
