Staff is so friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Free breakfast was wonderful. I will choose Hampton again!

I like the rooms. Very comfortable.
The front desk guy was neither friendly nor happy. I am very confused about how the pricing works. If I give a credit card, doesn't that mean because it is a credit card, isn't the credit card there for incidentals, so why am I charged for incidentals on a credit card? I have never been charged an extra $50 on a credit card? Am I wrong? The front desk argued that this has been in place for 25 years?? I can't recall this on a credit card. I know they do it with debit cards. Anyway they we get to what they charged me... I got a $139 rate from *******. He first charged me $3 over the rate. I pointed out to him with my email. So he redid my bill and then it was $10 over at $149. Eventually I think it was straightened out and my bill came to $217, which I still don't understand the math here. In my world 139 50 comes to 189. So it's very unfortunate that it took so many different prices. It wrecks my stay when I know I'll have to argue about tomorrow before I check out.
By the way, 217-139. =$78??? It's very creepy!

We got stuck in Denver because of a missed connection. Our hotel stay was the only plus in the whole situation. Very pleasant way to spend a night and day waiting for a flight out.

I liked that hotel was close to airport, but our hallway had a weird smell and rooms were just average could be cleaned a bit more.
