Staff are lovely, but bar closed at 9.30pm Which was so unsual as we had a late flight and where a large family gathering to arrived to find the bar closed. Breakfast was ok but very slow at service waited over 30 mins for cooked breakfast to arrived. Evening food in the bar was basic menu. As we had a time schedule we didnt have time to look elsewhere. Bedrooms very warm also.

I stayed for a period of time due to business reasons. Most of the receptionists are nice especially Emma who is quite helpful. But I had an unpleasant experience with a guy who helped me check in for my first stay, luckily I didn't meet him frequently. Anyways, the overall experience was good, and the room is cleaned and spacious.

Brilliant value for money, friendly staff and reasonable food. However the bar shuts at 8.30 which is the most ridiculous thing about this place and the nearest pub is a £8 Uber ride away! We were told that the bar shuts early so that the staff can finish early as it’s quiet at the moment! Not the service that we have grown to expect but kind of makes sense. We won’t be booking this hotel again for our workforce.

From the start of our stay we were impressed with the kindness of the staff here. Emma had a smile on her face that lights up the room! She is so bubbly and a credit to this hotel. Helped carry our luggage to the room as with 2 children juggling everything is always a struggle. The colouring sheets was a hit with the children keeping them entertained! Overall a great stay.

They called 2 times leading up to the stay in the week to check everything i meeded was done amd wuestions. Waited a bit as no one was on reception but honestly food was great. Room lovely for what we needed etc

This is a well placed and quiet hotel with free parking and an adjoining Table Table restaurant which is handy for breakfast and dinner. The rooms are comfortable and clean with a great quality bed for a good night's sleep. There are also complimentary toiletries and tea / coffee making facilities in the room. The reception is 24 hour and the check-in staff are friendly and efficient. Overall this hotel is exceptional value for money.

Nice place to stay ,food is nice ,clean and accommodating.helpful and comfy bed ,relaxing surroundings would definitely stay again ,me and my son enjoyed our stay .staff was lovely as well as it was mother's day .

I stay for long time here. Emma is very good my daughter like this Emma and house cleaner Emma so much she cry when they go home. All people very nice here and help me. They bring clothes and toys for my daughter and clean in my room. They very nice to my family.
