2nd time staying in this resort, sound proof for the room is good and the room is quiet.
If the resort could have some complimentary offer or discount vouchers for repeated customers, will further enhance the loyalty.

Nice environment ... The morning buffet staff had a bad attitude , while we were having breakfast, they turned off all the fans in an attempt to get us out.Fortunately, after I talked to one of the service staff, they finally gave us a fan.(Just a fan 😡)The room smells a bit musty...It will be better after turning on the air conditioner...

We were greeted with smiles despite the PH crowd when we were there. All went well except the splash park, the water is not deep enough that when the kids go down the slide, they bumped their buttock.

The buffet is good but not fantastic. However the swimming pool and water playground is fun for the kids and it is very near the beach. So this is most important.
