Grande e confortevole la struttura, molto pulito. Il ristorante propone una cucina di livello medio alto con un buon servizio. Le camere sono grandi e dotate tutte di un grande balcone. C'è anche un parcheggio gratuito.

Hotel okazał się słabym wyborem, głównym powodem były ograniczone usługi przy mocno wygórowanej cenie.
Restauracja główna była nie czynna przez cały okres pobytu
Bar był czynny tylko do godziny 21:00
Na basenach wewnętrznym i zewnętrznym wymagane czepki, nie za bardzo rozumiem czemu mają służyć, zakładając że chcielibyśmy się czuć komfortowo w 4* hotelu
Bar przy jacuzzi nieczynny, żeby zakupić cokolwiek konieczność biegania przez cały hotel do baru na basen.
Hotel ma dostęp do jeziora, ale nie ma plaży i bezpiecznego zejścia do wody w jeziorze, najbliższa plaża około 800 m od hotelu.
Obłożenie hotelu pełne, więc trudno zrozumieć politykę ograniczania usług hotelu
Zbyt mała ilość miejsc parkingowych na zewnętrznym bezpłatnym parkingu w stosunku do sprzedanych pokoi, co powodowało że goście parkowali wszędzie, a obsługa zostawia kartki z prośba o przestawienie auta w inne miejsce, którego nie ma lub oferuje płatny parking podziemny.
Pokoje dosyć duże, łóżka wygodne, mini bar ekstra płatny, w pokojach brak szklanek/kieliszków/czajnika/kawy/herbaty, woda również płatna.
Bezpłatne leżaki, ręczniki plażowe, szlafroki i klapki. Śniadania przyzwoite, dostępne produkty bezglutenowe i bez laktozy, owoce, warzywa, soki.
Ogólne rozczarowanie stosunkiem jakości do ceny.

From the desk, to the room, to the pool and surroundings: I took a small break and found everything better than expected. A special mention to the restaurant and its service: I really felt special, liked the ambience, dishes where gorgeous and tasty and the service was so responsive and dedicated I felt like being in some fancy luxury venue. Thanks for the experience and relax.

This place is unnecessarily "fancy"! The reason I put fancy under quotes is that you will find all those that are not needed, but important basic things are missing. For example, I went on a business trip, I was expecting to find an iron to iron my shirt for the meeting. But hey, guess what, they did not even have an iron, not in the room, neither in the reception. Also, the receptionist are rude. They behave like they are doing you a favor. The day before checking out, I asked in the reception if I can get a taxi to the station in the morning at 5. I specifically told them the time, and they said if I just come in the morning 20 minutes before, they can get a local taxi for me no problem! But again, guess what! I went in the morning, they spent 20 minutes trying to get a taxi and when they failed, they asked me to go on foot to the station. There was this bald guy with glasses on at the reception, he was the worst. Do avoid him at all cost. Also, there are lots of other flaws. So please avoid this place. There are other nicer hotels nearby which you should go for, not this!

Excellent service. Lovely modern hotel. Thoughtful gift from the hotel of a bottle of Prosecco in our room to mark our wedding anniversary! The spa was a lovely addition. The breakfasts were the same each day, but the buffet was extensive so there was something for everyone. There are bicycles available to hire from the hotel, however, they need a careful check-over before you use them - we had to 'reject' several before we found a couple we were happy to use. The location of Rivotella is quiet, with just a few places to eat; the main area of Desenzano is about 45minute walk along the promenade. Would happily return to this hotel.

I was there with the family for a few days and we had a good stay at this property. It is situated in a lovely position close to the lake and the staff are very nice and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. The restaurant offers good quality food.
