Services are very slow. Taste of food is not proper. Cleanliness is not upto the mark. You have to call 2-3 times for something you want. Staff looking new they tried but not as per the satisfactory.

The hotel staff is highly untrained. For small request like water etc the staff takes more than 30 mins and this happened with us several times. The staff is also very rude including the manager. When we complained about them serving uncooked food then their staff is smiling and not responding. Food quality is pathetic

It's a neat and clean accommodation with friendly environment, children enjoyed a lot especially in sweemnig pool.

The location is good as it is on the highway. The property is also well maintained with a pool, lawn and children's play area. The quality of food is also good with delicious tests, with limited recipes. There was a bad odor in our restroom initially upon checking into our room, but later on the issue was resolved by staff upon contacting them. (same issue was there in 2 rooms out of 5 rooms) I had booked 5 rooms and confirmed with hotel by telephone. Still check-in process is too slow. We have booked 5 rooms with 10 adults and 6 children, but we were provided only 10 towels and 10 dental kits only. And upon asking for more kits they replied that additional kits are chargeable. (finally we had purchased kits from the local market, so it is advised to have your kids dental kits with you during stay) Also I had informed the staff that my belongings were forgotten in the specific drawer, but no reply was received from the hotel yet. Rest is good.

Service is very poor. Staff is not mature enough and knowledgeable. Cleaning is not up to the mark. Room service is not good. Only restaurant is good for food quality and test. Other than food its only 1 star.

Madhuvan suite is very nice place. My family is very comfortable in this hotel. All staff are so kind and halp full. And dinner and breakfast are so dilesiyas. My family liked all tipe of food. Restaurant manager is so kind. When we will go to dwarka, we stay madhuvan suites. We satisfied all sarvice.
