They somehow deleted my booking, so I sat in the foyer for six hours until someone worked out what was happening. To their credit, they found me another hotel when a manager took responsibility, but it cost me more and shouldn’t have taken as long to rectify. I have travelled for twenty years, and this is up with there with one of the worst experiences to date.

這次來打卡選擇了這個酒店，總體感覺超出預期，比之前住過的酒店新一些。機場高速開通後從機場到酒店也就二十多分鐘，位於鼓山一區，就在湖邊上。位置還算是比較便利，酒店旁邊就是銀行集中的大街，酒店附近的餐館和咖啡店也不少。酒店一樓就是一個游泳池，房間比較寬敞，有點類似公寓的佈局。服務人員比較熱情，服務周到。一樓有餐廳，早餐算不上豐富但也夠用。

こちらに初めて宿泊しましたが接客のレベルの高さに驚きました。私の中では五つ星⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ホテルです。
建物も新しくストレスなく過ごせました。
ホテルに迷ったらこちらを選ぶことをおすすめします！
近くにおしゃれなカフェやレストランも多いのでご飯には困りませんよー！🥳

I Loved Everything About This Hotel, It S Newly Built, It Has That Newly Built Smell, Its Like A Home Awy From Home. And All The Stuff Was Kind & Accomading Specially The Assistant Housekeeping Badrul Islam, He went Above & Beyond To Make Sure Our Stay Here, was Relaxing and Comfortable.

I had the pleasure of enjoying their iftar buffet amidst a cozy ambience, pleasant food and highly preoffesional staff members at lakeshore heights who went above and beyond in ensuring that we were comfortable and catered well to. A big thanks to Mr Ujjal for making the booking for us and carefully attending to our needs and Mr Zeus, Sites and Hadi for their hospitality and care.

Excellent service with friendly staff. Sagor at the front desk is an asset. Aprita was quick and supportive during the booking process. Comfortable room and decent food! Hassle free! Highly recommended for anyone intending to stay in the heart of Gulshan, Dhaka! 👍👍

Booked this hotel due to the proximity to our relocated office. Fairly cheap compared to other 4-5 star hotels nearby. Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, shocked to be told the 1st morning that only 1 night had been booked and the hotel was now fully booked due to an Expo event. I booked by phone and I clearly asked for 2 nights, obviously the reservation clerks command of English was lacking. Spent the morning finding alternative accommodation instead of attending my meetings. Very disappointed and very little cooperation from the hotel staff.
