基本上孟加拉的酒店都是價格高，服務一般，房卡每天都要前台刷一次，否則進不去，餐飲一般

I took 9 hours rental car for visiting my customer. Visited whole of the city. Very good experience. Nice and clean car. And Mr Salim thank you for your taking care of us for whole day. You have been so kind. And thank you Mr Shawakat for your good offer.

Staff was very friendly and approachable and mr.mahmud in the concierge was very helpful and is a true asset to the company we need more employees like him in the service industry. Only one feedback internet service was not that good needs a real improvement.

Amazing customer service by Mr Faruk. He is very polite and helpful. Hotel is beautiful and staff is kind and sophisticated. Did not try the food yet but I am pretty sure it will be amazing to thank you so much Radisson Blu for this amazing customer service
