Hotel doesn't have a hot water facility, and the location is also inside in a small lane, staff behaviour is also not professional, after informing also no helper was available at the ground floor, poor management, poor property. Not recommended.

The location was little in other than that property was good and value for money, good spacious and hygienic rooms, kitchen room service was good and breakfast buffet was also good only thing is they didn't support me while checking in just handed over the keys to me and i have to check-in and find room on the whole floor with 3 heavy bags

The beds are not comfortable, there are mosquitoes in rooms, it’s not centrally controlled air condition so it’s quite bad.

This hotel is the best hotel of dhanbad, its entire staff is very good, i have stayed in this hotel about 15 times and i have not faced any problem. Specially ajay has solved every complaint very well. I think hotels coal capital is best hotels in dhanbad. If anyone comes to dhanbad then definitely stay in coal capital.
