His exceptional service played a significant role in elevating our experience. The resort itself is fantastic. While it may be on the pricier side compared to similar properties, we found the cost justified. The resort maintained a unique, private charm. Nothing felt crowded, everything was easily accessible, and every guest was treated with individual care. Preetham ensured each evening was special by arranging reservations at different restaurants and making thoughtful suggestions for activities. He was always quick to address our needs. This high level of service extended to every part of the resort. The food was consistently excellent, and the bartenders and servers, particularly Sakshi at the pool bar, were friendly and attentive. If there was a minor letdown, it would be the spa and water sports center. While there was nothing overtly wrong, the warm, smiling faces that greeted us elsewhere on the island seemed slightly lacking here. Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful stay.
