Jacaranda Indian Ocean Beach Resort

Ośrodek jest dość duży, ale ładnie rozmieszczony wzdłuż plaży z dużą ilością miejsca. Pokoje znajdują się od strony plaży lub ogrodu. Ogrody są piękne, ale w naszym pokoju ogrodowym było duszno i ​​bardzo gorąco. Pokój był dość mały, a klimatyzacja w ogóle nie działała dobrze. Trudno było spać, nawet przy otwartych oknach w pomieszczeniu było duszno. Hotel jest dobrze zarządzany, ma dobry personel i udogodnienia. Jedzenie serwowane jest w formie bufetu (mieliśmy opcję niepełnego wyżywienia), ale było zaskakująco dobre, świeżo przygotowane i urozmaicone. Basen nie jest zbyt atrakcyjny, ale w ogrodach znajduje się kilka małych basenów. Każdego wieczoru organizowana jest rozrywka, która nadaje atmosferę wakacyjnego obozu. Trochę za duży i zajęty dla nas.

Wszystko na wyłączność to oszustwo. Wybór ogranicza się do dwóch koktajli, a za napoje przy wyjściu musieliśmy zapłacić, nawet wodę. Przeciętna kuchnia, podobnie jak pokoje. Jedyny pozytywny punkt, ładna plaża. Unikać.

We are still in Jacaranda, we have been coming back to this place for 3 years. Great beach, great people, kind persononel. You can praise all these people for their hard work to make us rest comfortably .... We have been in Kenya since January 29 ... and I don't want to go back home, but what? one must. Jacaranda is the last hotel in Diani and maybe that's why it is so beautiful here. Many thanks for help and care to Virginia who always tried to help, and was always smiling next door. Many thanks to Dolphin, the waitress who was always there, always helpful, nice girl ... always smiling and kind. She was professional in her work, she can help advise in every situation. talking with a smile and a joke. Especially James, the boy ... who has been everywhere, at all times, always had some help not to sit idle, big applause James would be boring without you ... I think such people should be appreciated as they are improving the level of service in Jacaranda. It was wonderful being at Jacaranda Indian Ocean, the bush dinner, the acrobats, the karaoke, sunset sail at the Kongo estuary were all wonderful. Keep it up Jacaranda. The room that I was occupying though had its air-conditioning faulty.

The rooms were fabulous... showers though didn't get warm water... the staff were friendly soo friendly ... the food was amazing. The amenities were well taken care off. It was a lovely place to visit. We had such a wonderful experience. The access to the beach made it all wow.

I stayed at Jacaranda in September with a friend. The animation staff was very kind, specially Ishmael always with great attitude that made us enjoyed a lot our stay. We had a great time in his acquagym classes and dancing shows. Hope we can visit Jacaranda again.

A great experience and fine moment to finish our trip in Kenya : the staff is very nice and friendly and the view is amazing. Prices for services are really correct. A special mention to the animation team who taught us how to dance and sang with us on French songs. I recommend this place without hesitation!

Jambo Kenya! OVERVIEW: Jacaranda Indian Ocean Beach Resort is just fabulous. The hotel is located by the beach. We had room with a view on the garden but there are also rooms with ocean view lying just few metres from the beach. The views are fantastic. Unlike other facilities that I have seen on the Internet this one does not have a border with the beach. For us it was better because it looked like the beach was a part of a hotel, with palm trees in the sand. For those who may feel overwhelmed by the beach boys or the lack of border between beach and hotel - don't you worry. There are always hotel guards and we never felt any danger or threat. HOTEL STUFF: They were very helpful. They helped with all our carriages, answered all questions and were extremely polite, never impatient. We were before in many hotels in Europe but what was shocking for us was that people in Kenya - and in this hotel - were always helpful and grateful that you are there. HOTEL ROOMS: They are big, clean and comfortable. They were being cleaned (bed, floor + change of towels) every day of our stay. If its too hot there is also AC available. WIFI: Signal is strong in most parts of the hotel - in rooms, on the beach, by the pool. Not only in the lobby like in some hotels. FOOD: It was very good. Nothing to complain about. Fruit are amazing comparing to their European versions (passion fruit and mangoes are A-MAZING). Soups are tasty and with a distinctive flavour. There are also good vegetarian options. THE BEST ANIMATION TEAM EVER! Usually we just skip animations. This time was different. At the beginning we thought that we will just lie on the beach for whole stay and will be extremely bored. Never have I been so wrong in my whole life. On the first day James and Charity from animation team encouraged us to take part in stretching and aqua aerobic. It was VEEERY NICE. Then we played volleyball with no. 1 player in the world, amazing Baya (who also taught us Swahilli) and the rest of the team - nimble Juma and overjoyful Armani. Later in the night, whole team with a lead of the Big John presented us an unforgetful show of acrobatics and African dances. It was only the first day. Other were as exciting as the first one. Moreover, you can ask some of them to accompany you to walk to the river. I really recommend staying at Jacaranda Indian Ocean Beach Resort. One of the best hotels in my life.
