We have booked a room at this hotel for this summer. I must admit that the high quality of service and attention to detail was outstanding. Check-in was super efficient. The room was super clean, immaculate, spacious. Here you can find the best amenities. Food is outstanding. Customer service is genuinely super friendly. Full credit shall be given to the staff for looking after me and my friends. Cinzia was simply amazing as she met our expectations, going above and beyond, from the very beginning. We are seriously thinking about booking another room for next year. This place was recommended to me by a friend. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Dirty linen towels, Stuff very rude. Pool very dirty with some poo floating. Super on safe for kids. Stuff needs to go under serious training.

When we first got there, we did not expect it to be as good as it was it was late. We drove 5 hours after an over seas flight The next morning we were moved into a wonderful room with a balcony and an ocean view. Be sure to ask for the main hotel building it seemed the kids were all in the one across the driveway and very loud! These people would do anything to make your stay memorable. We stayed there three nights and had dinner in their dining room every night. Their dinner was very fresh and had local ingredients and lots of fish. Four course dinners for $20 a person. We hated to leave and will return!

Ottima la stanza ma specialmente il ristorante. La nostra nipotina (che non è una mangiona) da il massimo dei voti allo chef. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. Vacanza ottima, è la prima volta all'hotel Splendid ma ci torneremo sicuramente! Consigliatissimo!

posizione comoda, spiaggia privata, park e piscina molto curati. Pulizia camere e parti comuni ottima. La cucina eccellente, piatti creativi e sempre diversi, ogni giorno una grande scelta e lo staff sempre gentile e disponibile. Da consigliare assolutamente!!!

Das Hotel an sich war akzeptabel, das Badezimmer neu renoviert, jedoch hat der Planer oder wer auch immer Ablagemöglichkeiten vergessen. Es gab zwei kleine Haken um was auch immer daran aufzuhängen...Unter dem Spiegel hätte durchaus eine Glasplatte Platz gefunden, um Creme oder Zahnputzbecher hinzustellen, fehlte jedoch. Es gab nur ein wenig Platz unter dem Waschbecken, da war ein kleiner Schrank. Das wäre alles okay. Jedoch hat mich der unfreundliche Empfang und insgesamt das unfreundliche Verhalten gestört. Ich brauche keinen roten Teppich, gewiss nicht. Die Dame an der Anmeldung bei der Anreise war äußerst unfreundlich und wenig kommunikativ, ebenso die Mitarbeiter, welche im Frühstücksraum beschäftigt waren. Keiner gelächelt, alle nur gestresst umeinander gehetzt. Wer zu spät kam, hatte Pech: Obst leer, Rühreier leer.... Ging man an der Rezeption vorbei hat derjenige nur in den PC geschaut. Ich hatte bewusst nicht über eine Plattform, sondern direkt gebucht und am 22.02. den Aufenthalt bezahlt. Das Hotel hat also 3 Monate mit meinem Geld arbeiten können und als Danke wird man unfreundlich behandelt. Da nützt auch die obligatorische Mail...wir freuen uns...und Danke das Sie da waren, auch nichts. Mein Fazit: gerne Ligurien, jedoch nicht mehr dieses Hotel.

Idilliaco Abbiamo appena trascorso una settimana all'hotel Splendid, ogni anno riesce a superarsi. La sala colazione all'ultimo piano con vista mare è una meraviglia. La gentilezza, la disponibilità per ogni tipo di richiesta e aiuto della famiglia Tobia e dello staff è veramente preziosa. Complimenti allo chef per il cibo delizioso, vario e ricercato con dolci eccezionali. Ampia spiaggia curata e piscina a disposizione. Ottima pulizia e cura del giardino. Consigliatissimo

Con amici abbiamo trascorso un piacevole e rilassante weekend all’ Hotel Splendid che si trova a Diano Marina in posizione strategica a pochi passi dal mare. Le nostre camere avevano un bel terrazzino che dava sulla piscina e piccola vasca idromassaggio. Una sorpresa è stata la colazione, ottima e abbondante scelta tra dolce e salato, con posizione spettacolare all’ultimo piano mansardato con vista sul mare e borghi arroccati sui monti. Molto apprezzata la cortesia e disponibilità sia di Simona della reception che della famiglia Tobia che ci hanno concesso la camera fino al pomeriggio del giorno di partenza. Consigliamo vivamente questo albergo con atmosfera famigliare dove sicuramente torneremo.

Ho soggiornato all'Hotel Splendid 3 notti a fine Aprile in coppia. La struttura ben tenuta e curata. Le camere sono in stile classico, molto pulite, con balcone vista mare anche se in lontananza, noi eravamo al terzo piano. Il bagno sembrava di recente ristrutturazione con una doccia molto comoda. I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Personale altrettanto molto gentile. La cucina è ottima, si trovano ricette locali accanto a piatti di pesce o altro per accontentare tutti i gusti. Anche la colazione abbondante e piacevole con buona scelta di dolce e salato, con vista spettacolare su Diano. Parcheggio interno comodo. Siamo molto soddisfatti del trattamento ricevuto. Grazie.
