This was absolutely the best experience. The staff went above and beyond with all of our needs. Amy was such an amazing person, I fell sick while I was there and she made sure that I received the proper medication from the onsite doctor. I 1000% recommend this resort and I definitely will be back.

해변 안전힌고 깨끗합니다. 말한적도 없는데 아기를보고 모래놀이 장난감 챙겨다줍니다.
수영장, 키즈클럽 모두 직원들이 한시도 눈때지 않아 안전합니다-
방치우는것도 벗어논 옷까지 깨끗히 개놓아주시고
매일받는 스파는 아기까지 추가마사지(아기다리마사지1시간 무료로추가로 받음, 인생첫마사지인데 아기가 너무 좋아함)에 애기까지 돌봐주세요.
텍시기사 불러놓으면 알아서 준비까지 다시킵니다.
5일간 짐한번 차에 실어본적이 없어요.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcomed with every greeting. Our villa featured excellent bedding and we appreciated the welcome fruits. Despite the hot weather, the air conditioning inside was highly effective, keeping our villa cool and comfortable at all times, even without a key card. The breakfast was both delicious and excellent! This being our first visit to Vietnam, we are returning home with wonderful memories and look forward to coming back!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, so we had a great time. It was a great vacation. There is a Japanese style public bath, which is very convenient after swimming.

To say the Grandvrio is 5 stars is not doing it justice. The staff is beyond exceptional. The level of pampering they provide is off the charts. You dont have to lift a finger. They do it all. The grounds are unbelievably beautiful. Every detail, from the bamboo lined walkways to the fragrance of the flowers that grow throughout the resort are captivating. We had a villa with a private pool and it was immaculate, quiet, and luxurious. We split our time swimming in the beautiful pool and the private beach. The Grandvrio is not 5 stars. It's 10+ stars! It's the #1 choice when staying in Da Nang.

They were very kind and we had a great time! I would especially recommend it to Japanese people. There is a hot spring and a sauna. There is a pool, a beach, and a kids pool, so I think it would be fun for families and couples. I was surprised that the seafood bowl at the Japanese restaurant was also very delicious. It's better than a bad Japanese seafood bowl. The chef is also very kind and greets you politely.
