The hotel is located close to the railway station and the major shopping area in dimapur. The staff is extremely helpful.

I stayed at non ac room for two nights. The room was specious & clean, but the room was not sound proof as it was front of the main road & always roadside vehicle sound present. The tv was not working properly & they do not clean room until you inform them to clean it.

Not hygienic, food quality is not good. Earlier hotel was good now they charge more but rest us deteriorating.

Service was very good, customer friendly. Good food, parking, 2 minute walk from the railway station and the taxi stand.

Acacia hotel is in dimapur, the hub of nagaland. I stayed there for the famous horn-bill festival as kohima as limited hotels. The hotel was clean, well located but more professional staff were required as the service was slow. Otherwise rooms are good and have attached baths and also some large family suites. Rates are on the higher side, maybe because of the festival.

Excellent facilities, extremely polite and helpful staff and a free upgrade! the place is very neat and clean and the property is in an excellent location
