The location of the hotel was ok although it's in a business area however as the city is small it wasn't an issue. The rooms were good size, clean and reasonably priced. However i had issues with the customer service from the front desk. As i didn't speak the local language i asked for the hotel to assist in getting an auto a couple of times. Once i asked the night before and they said sure. However when it was time to get the auto at the said time i was told to go to the road. I had a fabulous experience in the restaurant of the hotel as the manger there helped me ensure i booked the correct return bus back home and helped to secure an auto as my travel was very late in the night. So it seems the issue is primarily with the reception however this position has such an important impact on a person's stay. Mixed results

Cleanliness of the hotel is very poor. The rooms are spacious but not clean. Would not recommend to someone who is looking for a clean and neat room

It's a regular budget hotel. Ok for night stay. Don't expect too much. But fine for the rent below 2k including tax
