This is a fabulous place for families with children. The location is close to everything needed for skiing and near the charming city center. Best of all, everyone who works in this family-run hotel is super friendly and helpful. The food is wonderful and there are great activities for children...so the adults can relax and enjoy themselves as well!

Food is AMAZING! Dinner is different everyday! With beautiful and calm Sauna, a small gym. Skigebiet near by. This place is the best! Ppl here are so nice and friendly and professional . Everything is top top top! They offer yoga twice per week, the yoga teacher we met was calm, relaxing, good for after Ski. There is a ski slip behind the door, it opens sometimes depends on the weather. There is lift for if you come with many luggages. I would love to come back again, highly recommend!

Wir waren als Familie dort ind haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die beiden Chefs des Hauses sind sehr beflissen, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Zimmer sind ausgesprochen schln gestaltet, der wellnessbereich hat alles was man sich wünscht. Wir werden wieder kommen

Albergo bello. Abbiamo soggiornato nella junior suite cristallino. Camera abbastanza spaziosa e pulita. L'albergo mette a disposizione anche uno zaino da utilizzare durante le escursioni. Il personale e i proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili, attenti a soddisfare tutte le richieste dei clienti. Il proprietario ci ha addirittura prestato il passeggino per la bambina. Un ringraziamento particolare a Raidi per la sua disponibilità e al responsabile di sala, simpatico e attento. La cucina da sola varrebbe il soggiorno in questo hotel. Si mangia molto molto bene. Colazione abbondante con prodotti genuini e variegati e cena con antipasto a buffet e ampia scelta dal menù. Dolci buonissimi. L'albergo dispone anche di una piscina e un idromassaggio, oltre a sauna e trattamenti estetici. Ottima posizione. L'atmosfera è veramente accogliente. Unico neo: se si è a dieta è impossibile non sgarrare.

Siamo stati in vacanza qualche giorno a gennaio e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'hotel è completamente ristrutturato ed è pulitissimo. Il cibo del ristorante è molto buono e per i bambini sono disponibili piatti ad hoc per soddisfare le loro esigenze. Non è presente la merenda di metà pomeriggio con torte come invece abbiamo trovato in altri hotel della zona. La zona in cui è situato l'albergo è ottima, comoda a tutti i servizi e a tre minuti a piedi dalla piazzetta centrale di Dobbiaco. Il personale è davvero gentile e disponibile, alla partenza ci hanno addirittura salutato con un piccolo cadeau. Davvero consigliato, spero di ritornarci nel periodo estivo.

Sono stato con mia moglie dal 1 gennaio al 5 gennaio. Camera Cristallino spaziosa, servizio ai tavoli per la cena serale camerieri competenti, reception ottima, cibo buono, tutto ottimo. Da tornarci in estate.

Das Hotel entspricht einem Vier-Sterne-Standard und ist nahe am Busbahnhof. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass das Einzelzimmer kein vernachlässigter Raum (wie leider in vielen anderen Hotels) ist, sondern angenehm in der Größe und vor allem ein breites Bett hat. Toll fand ich auch, dass es eine Bar hat, wo man tagsüber bis abends etwas zu trinken haben konnte. Aber am meisten fiel mir die herzliche Südtiroler Gastfreundschaft der Inhaber auf, die immer sichtbar waren und auch für einen Plausch mit Gästen zu haben waren.

Wir waren mit den „Wikingern“ unterwegs. Hotel bietet einen guten Komfort. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig, Das Essen war sehr gut, besonders das Frühstücksbüffet und das Vorspeisenbüffet am Abend. Besonders genossen haben wir nach langen Wanderungen die Terrasse mir einem leckeren Aperol oder Weizenbier. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Hotel situato a pochi passi dal centro e vicino alla stazione dei bus. Bella e tipica struttura curata dai proprietari molto gentili, disponibili e presenti. A colazione e a cena sono presenti buffet sempre forniti . Gli ambienti e le camere sono luminose e ben pulite. Ottimo il parcheggio.
