Tv is not working, very uncomfortable beds, shower smells awful, water dropping from the ceiling, unprofessional staff and not helpful with any of the above mentioned issues. I would never recommend it to anyone, would recommend to stay as far as possible from this place.

Hotel was ok. Carpeted room looks bit dirty and outdated. Room was clean and beds were ok. Breakfast buffet was empty and never restocked. Dirty tables and nobody to clean them. Try to get drinks at hotel outdoor bar, again dirty tables and server never come to clean or server us, we walked away. Plenty of other bars in town, with better service. People smoking inside hotel lobby and inside indoor bar.

Maybe the best service I have ever expirienced! Their personnel is exceptionally good. Frendly, helpfull, chearfull, they will definitly make your stay memorable. Even tho I was traveling with my colleague for a business matter, personell at hotel made the trip excelent. From the fast check with basic orientation of hotel and city, thru excellent restaurant service (we had same waiter all 4 nights, i think Bojan?) who was very frendly but still professional, fast service, excellent food recomemdation. At the checkout I have ask where can I buy some suovenirs near the hotel, to help us, lady at the checkout, gave us some the hotels, incredible (thank you, I think Alexandra)! If you are staying here, you simply must try their food at the restaurant! Yes Bosnia is famous for their meet dishes, here, it was no exception, they even went a little bit further. Perfectly tastfull, tender, steaks, tartare steaks, soup, salads! After first night I did not even think about trying to eat elsewhere. Rooms were exactly what you would except from 4star hotel. Moder new furniture, comfy beds, clean bathrooms.
