La Stanar Hotel

Its a marvellous hotel i ever meet.. With lower cost but beautifully rooms and services, each department's is actually perfect. But people who serves in restaurant are so kindly, very noble person, the food is actually good and at appropriate time, they also speak fluently English. Very nice Lounge/ sunset at seconds floor with smart waitress.. You have to maintain such status..

The property is over valued. The room size is good. The breakfast is good. And that is all! The location is near Shoppers's Plaza and only that can be deemed highlight. It is off the main road and the approach road is not tarred too! No views from room (no garden, no pool, no nature). The room service is SUPER SLOW. It took them more than 1 hour to deliver just a chicken sandwich! This is on two consecutive days. Could not get hot water in the bathroom. Usually when you ask for extended checkout, all hotels oblige. Here the first answer was "you pay" and later they agreed. The curtain in room were hanging off the hook and no one bothers to correct them. So, in hospitality industry, they have a lot of catching up to do.
