The Rooms were very clean, and staff was very helpful and friendly, had a small issue with the bathroom door but the staff immediately fixed it. The Food from the inhouse restaurant was very and flavorful and good. All this that too at an affordable rate.

Very nice stay and well trained staff , good Food , Ankur front desk was very supportive near by GMC Hospital , Manipal Hospital easy to access .. Resturant food was very good Overall rating 10 out 10 Excellent stay with Ginger Well maintained and clean room

Following are the highlights of our stay 1. Excellent hospitality and courteous behaviour - When Mr. Ankur Mollah came to know about ligament injury of my wife and her inability to climb up the stairs, he immediately upgraded the room and arranged accommodation on the first floor, which ensured my wife need not have to climb up to second floor. This is really noteworthy action by Mr. Ankur Mollah and it really delighted us. 2. Room was pretty good in terms of cleanliness and hygiene and also good enough to accommodate 3 people. 3.Food(Lunch and breakfast we had at the hotel) was excellent I certainly will recommend this hotel excellent for individual as well as for family stay

Ginger Dona paula hotel has got superb hospitality and great guest centricity. Staff is very supportive I would like to mention Aknur mollah and the team who have always smiled to help you. Manish, Restaurant manager (sorry if I miss your name) serves the best homely food.

It was a good and comfortable trip. Mr. Aknur was very helpful at reception desk. I stayed for 3 days here and it was a good experience. Hospitality was good. Though lift is not there here but staff is co-operative. Breakfast options can be more.

Absolutely great service , room are clean high bathroom was the best with bath tub end service also at reception food is great Mr.Aknur was best in assistance us in the time of need highly recommend. We absolutely loved it couple friendly with high privacy

Guy from front desk Aknur is really very prompt to service. Swimming pool is awsome. Food quality and room service is provided in very less time. Cleanliness is major point of attraction. They should consider elevator now on priority. Little but they have a sea view also.

Nice facilities and nice service , ambient and very good environment , clean and hygienic , spacious and very good management very calm and silent no disturbances , maintained the rooms properly and cleanly , swimming pool is also hygienic
